We were thrilled to even get a table. It was a Friday night, we had no booking and we were tired from cycling all day. A table was found in a very busy restaurant. Service was great as was the food. The vibe was fun and felt like it was a popular place with the locals.

My understanding is that this restaurant is relatively new.The problems started when our waiter took the order for three pizzas by memory. Twenty minutes later 1/3 pizzas arrived correctly, person 1 ate.30 minutes later pizza two arrived.1 hour later pizza 3 arrived. I will never know why the orders were not expedited. Some free drinks and one free pizza was offered.Quality of the pizza was excellent.To summarise I felt like I was in a TV show and much needed staff training is required.Ciao,Just a short note to say how very sorry we are! We do understand your annoyance. We canassure you that we take your complaint seriously and will do our best to put things right.There can sometimes be hiccups, especially when we are full to capacity. The setting of this restaurant is incredible, really special, the whole experience was wonderful, the service, the amount and quality of the food, and nice that you could order local in season produce, the asparagus soup was amazing!I would recommend this restaurant to any one looking for a special place to eat at reasonable prices. A little out of the city but worth the cost of a taxi!

Despite the place being packed and our reservation (made by the hotel) was not noted, they managed to get us a table on a Saturday evening within 5 minutes. The food was great and the staff very friendly. They have a wide selection of dishes, and pizza as well.The value for money is excellent, in fact we think that the place is quite cheap.Cuochi per Caso alone is worth going to Magdeburg for.

Walking around town with a large group of friends we were ensured by a waiter we would be well served. And we were. Service was great, food was good and drinks were supplied at a good speed (it was hot so we were all very thirsty :-))Maybe not really original Spanish flavors and possibly adapted to the German taste but all in all a good experience.

We liked everything. From staff who was super nice with our little ones, to the view which was brilliant to the food which was outstanding. We did not expect this when we booked the table. It looked nice and was close to where we stayed. The kids got their special requests which didnât seem to be a prob at all. The ladies made us feel very welcome with our two exhausting and impatient little creatures . Thank you
