We have been three times now. The quality of the food is variable depending on the evening. The pizza is consistently good. May even be the best in the area. The a la carte menu is varied but inconsistent quality. There is little option for going outside the published menu for example no children's options no vegetarian, gluten free etc. unlike most Italian establishments. New management offers a good venue which had been closed for some years. Nice option to have a drink or dine upstairs al fresco enjoying unobstructed sea views. Young staff very willing to please and help but need more training. As it's only the first year hopefully the restaurant and bar will be a success and add to the very few reasonable places to eat in Lido delle Nazioni.

Very nice discovery. It's street food but actually the place is very cozy, comfortable. The food (only fish, local and fresh) is very tasty and presented in a nice way.Good variety in the menu.Nice wine and grappa selection.Staff veeeeery friendly.Cannot miss

Ate here during at stay at Vigna Sul Mar. Nice place to eat a meal, relaxed atmopshere. We asked for an English menu and directed to a multi lingual menu on a website - no issues with this at all. When it came to ordering the Waiter had to get another member of staff to assist as he didn't appear to speak any english whatsoever - I did try to point at the choice on the menu but he didn't like that either! We found this a bit of a trend on our holiday - very few locals spoke or attempted to speak englishFood was great - we had both Pizza and pasta and couldn't faulty either - the pasta AOL was particularly good.

Located in the Tahiti Campsite, many of the items on the menu are the same at both restaurants on the campsite (Bora Bora is the other one).This year, we ate here only once due to bad service. We were two families who ordered together and included in the order was a pasta dish that two of the kids wanted to share. The same dish was also ordered by one of the grown ups. This seemed to be understood at the time of order, but the pasta dish for the grown up didn't arrive and in hindsight it is clear that the two kids received one pasta dish each instead of one to share. This is something that I can easily forgive a busy waitress, but when we tried to alert the staff we had to wait a long time for our waiter to arrive, and when she did there was little in the way of helpful service. Although one of the pasta dishes was rightfully taken off the bill, this doesn't help when one of our party never received the food that was ordered.The food was decent, but not much more. Reasonable prices, but over all not a good experience. I have visited this restaurant earlier years and never encountered this sort of service. Hopefully, we only had bad luck.

This restaurant looks really fancy. You have a beatiful view at the sea. The staff is really nice, but their service really needs betterment and the food is really average. Their lasagne and salmon are average, I had better lasagne bought from supermarket, I had some pasta with ricotta and nuts, but pasta was not what Italians call al dente, it was hard. They do not salt their foods much and dont bring salt and pepper to your table. Never. We gave it a try and went there for three times and it repeated every time. We ordered some French fries with our steaks and salmon and they bring you the fish and the steak and French fries come 10 minutes after that. Always. They dont bring it together. The prices for the food do not meet the quality of the food and service.Dear PetraThanks for your review. Probably your disappointment was due to a disagreement in the kitchen, we will warn the kitchen in order to avoid this misunderstanding in the future. every year we came here to taste the good meat the chef cook for us . And there are also other very good plates like pizza and primi piatti mainly home made in a good abundant portion . Suggestion is to avoid Saturaday/sunday where you can have more attention from the waiters.

We were staying in the area & We're struggling to find restaurants open. However, we were lucky to stumble upon Barbablu.The menu was varied & other customers appeared to be local so we decided to give it a try. We weren't disappointed. Over 3 visits we tried 6 different dishes: pizza, gnocchi, pasta dishes & desert. The pasta with mushroom & gorgonzola was delicious & Well executed. We had 3 of our best meals whilst we were touring italy.The staff were helpful & remembered us when we returned exchanging conversation. It was a pleasant atmosphere. I would imagine in peak season it is buzzing.
