Levante is on the sea front in Porto Garibaldi and from the outside looks a little run down. Inside the restaurant is plesant but nothing special. There was no menu when we visited but as I was with Italian family this was not much of a problem - when there are no prices though you do take the restaurant on trust! We ordered a mixed grill for three, with eel, half a litre of house wine, sparkling water, chips for one and salad for two. The food was normal, nothing special and to be frank verging on the poor. The sole if anything a little bitter, the eel was very fatty (a good eel should not be like this) and the langoustine tiny, the scallops were over cooked. The service was fine - the final price - ridiculous. For a restaurant which really is a glorified hut by a beach, the bill was nearly Euros 140. For only one course for three people you are looking at michelin price levels, for a plate of very normal grilled sea food with no real added flair, some lettuce, tomato, a small plate of chips, a small jug of wine, water and three coffees. The news for this restaurant is that a few days later we eat three courses in a michelin starred restuarant, with a full bottle of wine for less and the quality of everything was much better in every way. To have such pretensions of grandeur in both demeanour and price is, quite frankly, a bad joke.Never again in a restaurant with no menu and no prices set out. This restaurant is insane if it thinks these kind of prices are correct for Port Garibalidi (a very normal sea resort on the adriatic coast).

Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia è tenuta bene per quanto riguarda la ristorazione prezzi alti con prodotti non al massimo vediamo questâanno se oltre alle novità che vediamo come arredo spiaggia sia migliorata anche la cucina

Quo vadis had a friendly waiter who seated us semi outdoors.Because of the smell of the antimusquito incense we asked to be placed indoors.Better! But there were a lot of musquitos who successfully attacked me three times during dinner.I chose the ravioli with butter and sage, as well as a pizza pugliese. My friends took a pasta vongole and a sea food salad. We were all ok with the choices. Not knowing if it was related... I suffered from excessive bowel activity during the night and the morning following our dinner. I just wanted to mention it. I will not go back, because the level is average. When I go out i want better food. I do not want to have more musquito bites either. But if a group of friends suggest to go to this restaurant I wouldn't refuse it.

Great little and simple seafood restaurant in port. Very friendly staff so even without Englih we managed to make order. It was half grilled half fired fishes and schrimps , then another plate with calimari, fried Sardines and sea scalloops. All food was very fresh and extremely tasty. Also very nice table wine (cold blanc frizzante). The only thing we donât like was not enviroment friendly one time used plastic disposable plates and tools. Everything else - just oerfect. Worth to come back again

Landed there because it was #1 in Trip Advisor ranking and kind of regretted it. As with many other places to eat in the area, it is ALL about sea food, there is one non-seafood dish, a sextet of chicken nuggets with fries for kids, ketchup charged extra, and they did not taste good. I don't want to even known what "meat" was in them. A McDonalds would have been a feast in comparison. Open terrasse and interior seating means that it can get pretty toasty at lunch time on a reasonably warm day.2* because service was reasonably friendly and bathroom clean.

Very nice discovery. It's street food but actually the place is very cozy, comfortable. The food (only fish, local and fresh) is very tasty and presented in a nice way.Good variety in the menu.Nice wine and grappa selection.Staff veeeeery friendly.Cannot miss

This restaurant used to be limited to Marina members and users.Nowadays everybody is welcome. I will be back in 2015 after having eaten here twice in 2014. Good food, great service and civilized ;)
