We chose this restaurant because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. The food was decent, but we didnât get to enjoy it because we were kicked out to make way for a larger group. My husbandâs tajine was super hot when it was served (normally a good thing!), so he couldnât eat it right away. Literally 3 bites into his tajine, the owner asked whether he was nearly done. She explained that they needed our table for a larger group and shouldnât have even seated us. I wish sheâd told us beforehand, we wouldnât have ordered starters or wouldâve just eaten somewhere else! My husband then just asked for a doggy bag because he wanted to finish his meal in peace! This is the first time Iâve been asked to hurry up and vacate my table in nearly 20 years in France! There were signs all over the establishment asking customers to leave reviews on trip advisor, so hereâs mine!

This is such a nice, relaxed and laid back place. Beautiful location, terrace right on a small harbor, friendly staff. We had some excellent fresh local grilled fish ("daurade") with a bottle of nice white wine (Trois Filles, Mont Caume);

Went there with some friends after a long day of Scuba diving. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We all took the "discovery" menu which is a sampler of their most mediterranean dishes, it was delicious and everyone in our group loved it. The wine selection was good. Pricing was decent. We will defintely go back.

My daughter's future-in-laws took us to this small charming restaurant when we were in the South of France on holiday last Sept 2016. It had an indoor and an outdoor dining which is at the back, pretty much like a courtyard. It has a quite personal ambience. Staff were friendly and we had the chance to meet the owner. Food was delicious and price was reasonable. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We used to eat at La Cadiere with my late father on our way to Marseille-Marignane airport and were delighted to find that, 10 to 20 years later, it has kept the same high quality of food and service. We arrived at 12.15 on a Thursday lunchtime and by 13.00 the place was packed! Couldn't fault it and it was a great way to end our trip on a high note.

Food is not bad, but grossly over-priced, even when one considers the value of the excellent view. If ordering a special from the ardoise, be sure to ask the price to avoid a sense of violation when the bill arrives.

Spent a few hours here last weekend. The menu is fairly extensive, but we wanted to pig out on meats, cheese, bread and wine..keeping it simple. Oh, and fries. All very good..#Staff are very friendly.Well worth escaping Marseille for, with Niolon just a 20 mins train ride from the city. It's a lovely little bay with a handful of places to eat, but La Pergola was definitely the most inviting.

WWe had a nice variety of appetizers in an open buffet format then sat for the main dish which was monkfish! You have to love fish in order to like this one with safran sauce and Garlic mayonaise! But the "ambience" is really cool. Not many taxis know the name of the restaurant so you have to know the exact address and number 34. ..
