After visiting this Cistercian abbey we stopped at the little town, Le Thoronet for lunch. Just off the town square was this charming restaurant. The owner was English speaking, had spent time in Denmark, just so welcoming, food was very good with shared desserts as well.

This is a cozy restaurant with amazing food. My family and I were trying to find lunch on our way to visit Abbaye du Thoronet. Everywhere else was closed, so we finally came across Mon Paradis Provencal. The chef/owner was about to close and was sold out of most of the menu, but told us he could make us some sandwiches. This may have been the best sandwich of my life, and I mean that seriously. He, and his family, were so kind to us and talked with us for a short time before we left. On a side note, my mom left her purse, and they waited for us to realize and comeback before closing up for the day (approx. 30 minutes). If you are looking for a cozy place to eat I would highly recommend Mon Paradis Provencal. You can't ask for better service or food!merci a vous et passez de bonnes fétes de fin d'année,à trés bientot au seul paradis du thoronet

A 5 Mn De L'abbaye Du Thoronet, Restaurant Pizzeria Au Feu De Bois. Cuisine Traditionnelle Mediterraneenne, Grande Terrasse Exterieure Arboree Ombragee Avec Brumisateur. Veranda Chauffee L'hiver.
The Vallon is down a small side road as you head out of Le Thoronet on the road to Carces (or towards the Abbeye de Thoronet). As such, it's easy to miss, but if you are looking for a nice thin-crust pizza you should really stop here as they serve some nice meals. Pizza isn't the only thing on the menu and everything we ate was good, including some salads. Service was quick, efficient, and friendly.

This restaurant is located near a national road with on the terrace a view on this road. They were friendly. The general feeling: we expected more.Example: we asked apero from the house: they didn't have anymore. We asked another apero and they informed us that they didn't have enough tequila to make it.The food for the rest was good except the dessert: I asked a tiramisu but I don't know what this was, but for sure not a tiramisu. It was i.m.o a kind of chocolate pudding with whipped cream on it.

Whilst on holiday we came across this restaurant hosting a vegan evening. The food was amazing, so tasty and really generous portions. The restaurant itself was lovely inside and the staff were brilliant. Will definitely visit again. I love the fact that it is eco friendly and uses local and organic produce. Brilliant find and was only 15minutes away from our villa. On each table was a small bottle garden ecosystem, genius!

It is perhaps not easy to find, but it is definitely worth a stop. Food is honest and well made. Presentation and tast are very nice. Service is friendly and prices are o.k. We at with 7 persons a three course meal, some drinks, a bottle of wine and a coffee for less than 40 Euro p.p.
