We have had dinner alreday last year and we returned this year as well. Owner serves his own vegetables, which tastes we almost forgotten. You need to try tomatoes, zucchini, pepper, onions, domestic capers. When you make reservation, arrange with the owner what would you like to eat: fish, meat or pasta. We tried several dishes: pasta with zucchini, grilled fish, stew fish, domestic cheese...Restaurant, domestic "konoba" is placed in the old village of Lastovo, fantastic place which looks as hundreds years before. There you clear your mind and just enjoy!!

We happened upon this friendly little street-side cafe with wonderful views of the bay in Lastovo and spent the afternoon there under the pine trees. It was a good place to enjoy a spritz, a beer and a tasty, generous bruschetta whilst we waited for the 7pm ferry back to Korcula. The small menu is Italian and has some good choices. The service was good, the setting typically Croatian, the atmosphere inviting and the staff (possibly the owner) were amongst the friendliest that we had met in Croatia. It has lovely views over the water, you can even watch the boats coming in and out through the gap and into the main port. Down on the waters edge is even more charming seating that we only noticed as we left. There are also a few places to swim off the rocks. All in all a great place for a light meal or an afternoon aperitivo.

We were spending some time in Lastovo town and nearby little village Lucica with most amazing beach. First visit was so amazing we came here for 3 times total. Great pizza, pasta and local food. All prepared with love. Professional service. Best value for money. Suitable for couples, families and everyone.

Moored overnight in front on Aragosta. They were super helpful throughout. Dinner was very good. They went out of their way to buy bread and cheese for us in the morning before we departed.Very calm, secure mooring too. Nice bay for swimming next door.Highly recommended!

Food ok. But the place is sad. The service is patchy, not bad tempered but certainly miserable. We have enjoyed other farm based eating on Lastovo far more. The cost is reasonable at Podanje, though no dessert is offered, even at extra cost, which was a little odd. We had the octopus. Well cooked slowly, with potatoes etc. The hot bread rolls were the star of the meal. Given the general atmosphere we were pleased to leave.

Friends and family ate at this restaurant and were not disappointed. The restaurant is at the end of a pontoon that accommodates around 16-20 boats. We tied off on a buoy which was nearby. Water, showers and washing facilities were all on site. There was also an ATM. The restaurant itself well appointed in a beautiful location. A wide variety of fish and meat dishes were available. A selection of slow cooked meats were also available - but you have to book these 3 hours in advance. I had the steak - very good whilst others had the mixed grill and fish - all were very good.Staff friendly and restaurant very clean. A good stop on the unspoilt Lastovo Island.

This is the story of our Lastovo experience, the food part actually. And if you go to this part of the world you would soon find out about the sea food.We were staying in a nearby apartment and regularly used Santos for our breakfasts, I can recommend. Simple fresh and good value served by the owners family, lovely people.But the big surprise comes when you book an evening dinner, you may have to compete for a table with the posh yachts but if you get in try and get a balcony table where you will get views like the picture showed.How can any restaurant compete with this, the owners son is a free diver and a very accomplished one at that. Every other day he goes out to sea with his friends complete with harpoon! And catches the fish that you will eat.You can view these and choose from whatever. This has to be the ultimate food story.I can tell you itâs the best.The owners daughter Barbra who appears to run front of house does so in a very personal manner. Complimented with local wine.We loved the whole experience.John & Chris

Came to this local restaurant with my family for lunch, staff were very warm and welcoming. The restaurant has amazing views across the water. We ordered some of the local seafood which was fresh and tasty. Would definitley go back for more!
