Now quite difficult to fine one place popular prices and have good qualities. This place its one of some left. Noisy, nearrow, not romantic, serving like " I don't care", but qualities of foods will make you forgot all, more after look in to the bill, you can wear sunglass, look cool and say "I will be back".

We have been to Merano many times, always during Autumn. We visited Lalessandra many times, food way always great and the location nice and tradional (a classical Italian Fish Restaurant, with the owner going around and giving advices about what to eat and to drink). We have been there now again some days ago, and: the food war terrible, and the owner very unfriedly. Needless to say that this was a bad surprise. Won't go there anymore for sure!

This was the second time I ate at this restaurant. The pizza was again very good - thin crust and plenty of toppings. Book the Stube, which is much nicer than the main restaurant. I understand that meat dishes are very good too. Reasonably priced

Well, who would not be impressed with the view from this great restaurant. Merano and its surrounding mountains seem to be at your feet. We eat on the sun kissed Terrence enjoying a lovely early autumn lunch.Our food was delicate and very tasty. I had the troffiette with mushrooms and cheese and my partner the pasta with veal ragout and truffles. The Apfestrudel desert with homemade vanilla ice cream was lovely too. Great wine selection by the glass. It is not a cheap eat, but it is well worth it.

It has been a while since we were there; but, we are planning to go back soon. This magnificent gem in the Italian Alps is a five star experience! Fabulous views, spectacular food, and the ambiance of a Hapsburgâs hunting lodge! This is a rare find while climbing the Brenner pass either on your way to Austria or visiting Italy. We found this restaurant after a beautiful drive up the mountain from Merano and Cermes. The food was excellent and the dining experience very satisfying. The waiter mentioned he doesn't get to speak English very often which we interpreted as that not too many Americans find this wonderful restaurant. For a Monday night it was very busy. Menu in German and Italian but we know just enough of Italian to make wise choices. Appetizers, entrees, wine, coffee was 110⬠for two.

An unusual find in Suedtirol: US and Argentinian beef. The owner's passion for his product can be felt in every aspect of this restaurant. I took my parents there for their 56th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is very nice (I would avoid eating in the "stube"), very typical Tyrolean. The service was extraordinary and the food exceptional. I actually found it difficult to choose just one starter, one main course and one desert. The wine recommended was perfect and it was one of the more reasonably priced one. Book well in advance

We had seen reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to make a reservation. The restaurant itself is very appealing and beautifully decorated. The service from the seating to the check was outstanding. Without being obtrusive our waitress was there to give more water, bread and even more ice without ever asking. The owner dropped by to make sure all was to our liking. The food was well prepared with fresh and locally grown vegetables. The pasta was cooked just right, the specials were unusual combinations, but perfect to the taste. Our party has risotto, lasagna and shrimp. Every dish was exception. Each table is decorate with a basket of fruit. The owner brought us some cherries as well. We were offered an after dinner drink but passed on dessert(too full). I guarantee you will not be disappointed..
