To all of us at Homestead. food means family. It is this idea that Chef Jeremy feels so strongly about building and sharing. Food brings all of us together, and what better place than New England to grow up? The history, the food, the building block of th
My friend and I dined here in early April. They have many choices of food and small plates that you can share. Everything that we tried was scrumptious. Our waiter was the best.

Chef Tom Schnapp prepares authentic Northern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with local produce and meats when available. Our wine list has been carefully prepared to compliment his dishes,
My wife and I ate outside amid mostly empty tables. Service was unpleasantly slow even with few patrons inside. The duck olive bruschetta was overpowered by the olive tamponade, no chance for the duck or citrus to come through. My basil rhubarb salad was a failure, but by its extreme tartness and by the essentially raw large rhubarb chunks. The entree was the pasta special, tough overcooked chicken with a wide noodle that was overall bland. Even salt didn't help bring any flavor. Dining experience was disappointing for all 3 dishes, unambitious service, and a stiff price. Not recommended.

I came in for lunch and got a gyro platter. It came with a beautiful greek salad and rice pilaf. I had never had a gyro with french fries in it before and it was surprisingly delicious.

Crepes for breakfast, crepes for lunch, crepes for dinner.... that could be my wife's menu for the day and Mosaic supplies them all. Superb baguettes for breakfast. Very nice pastry selection. The goat stew was amazing.... I counted more than a dozen different veggies and extras in a wonderfully savory stew with lemon, olives, and more. Delicious.

I stopped for a quick lunch. I got the grilled chicken pocket. You can add whatever you like from the dozens of FRESH ingredient choices. Really nice tasty chicken kabobs off the grill. And the service was quick and super friendly... and in my case helpful in navigating unfamiliar territory as a first timer. Lots of regulars obviously knew what they wanted. Sauces were amazing! Price was very good. Try this place out sometime.

I ate here with family while touring colleges. I had the merguez (spicy lamb sausage) tagine which came in a traditional earthenware tagine. Also had falafel appetizer. Really flavorful and delicious and I had plenty leftover. I would definitely come here again, to try more.
