Aifnis is a small restaurant located in Argyroupoli. Although it may be one of the smallest restaurants in the southern suburbs, its superb decor travels you to another era. The food flavors of Chari's cooking alchemy, based on the mediterranean cuisine,
A tiny restaurant(around 9 tables) which is amazingly well decorated (looks like a dollhouse) and resembles to a french bistro! The menu from which you can choose, includes 2 salads, 5 starters and five main plates. Main plates cost around 11-13 euros. The waitress is really friendly and the couple who owns it is lovely as well. Music is instrumental and lives are arranged occasionaly. The tastes were excellent and the general atmosphere is like dining in a very expensive restaurant but with reasonable prices. Quality looks excellent as well and the shrimp pastitsio is amazing. Make sure you give it a try!

Kretan Tradisional Food
A lovely and professional welcome by the waiters. A good amount of âamuse-boucheâ including a bottle of tsipouro however the stuffed zucchini flowers were bland, the Cretan salad was more cheese than salad and the lamb and rabbit dishes were far too oily and fatty. The free desert of dough balls dipped in honey was a nice touch though.

the President is equal to quality!!!
Had planned on finding the #1 rated restaurant in Glyfada while visiting Athens on a trip from U.S.A. but stopped in a store and she'd a local who tried to send us to a Mexican restaurant. When pressed for Greek food he recommends this place. Because Greeks eat lunch and dinner late we were the first and only customers when it opened at noon until they started coming in at 2 when we were finishing up. Our waiter possible manager(?) was very helpful and made great suggestions. We had a Greek salad large enough to share. Pork skewer and lamb\beef kabobs. All delicious and best we had after spending nearly 2 weeks on a tour of Greece. Then he brought us complimentary dessert and the Greek liquor Mystika to drink and share. A most enjoyable 2 hour lunch. A little hard to find because the name on here looks nothing like the sign I'v ther building. All greek to me indeed. Highly recommend.

This restaurant does what it says. It has great variety on the menu. We tried 3 different dishes all outstanding and fresh. Price is right down the middle. The service is exceptional and the house wines on the menu are perfect for people not wanting to spend too much. Highly recommend this restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere is relaxed with touch of civilisation if youâre that type of person and well we are. We always look for value for money and this ticks all the right boxes. So if youâre lucky enough to be enjoying the sunshine in Glyfada come here for dinner!

One of the best meals Iâve had in a long time. In my picture is the grilled halloumi with balsamic glaze and green peppers BCN as well as yogurt kebab and a small pitcher of sangria. It was outstanding!

Unfortunately the restaurant did not reach our expectations based on the evaluations we have read before visiting on the tripadvisor website. The dishes were poorly cooked and most of them (certainly the meetballs with fried potatoes and the bifteki were exceedingly salted). The appetizers (fried cheese - saganaki) and the salad was ok but not anything special and the desserts were also poorly served (the ravani was dry). The only thing we liked was the position of the restaurant - just a few steps from the seaside avenue in Alimos/Kalamaki. Finally, the general service was below average with no signs of keeping us as customers for future visits.
