French cuisine. Local produce, lamb, pork, trout, fruit and vegetables. Fun on the plate. A simple kitchen, minimum food processing . It is with pleasure that we receive . Thank you for your confidence shown to the team. See you soon...
NOTE: As of April, NEW owners are a husband and wife team. We arrived for dinner after a botched reservation at another highly reviewed restaurant in Vaison. One word OUTSTANDING!Lovely ambiance, attentive service, and extraordinary, delicious food presented beautifully. We ate there three nights and each meal was different, delicious, and special. No detail was left to chance. A feast for the eyes and palate; fresh, creative, and artistic. This team has eye for creating a memorable dining experience, and comes with extraordinary experience - Four Seasons, Relais Chateaux and other 5 star establishments. Seriously, we travel extensively and without doubt, one of the best restaurants we have been to, and certainly, the loveliest of hosts! Make your reservation! We were fortunate to discover them early and it wonât be long until this place is booked solid. The outdoor terraces over the river will open soon.

We had a dinner recently with a friend ->restaurant-critic and we all enjoyed the dinner, the presentation and the wine list. Even though Pascal is very shy with spices which makes the taste a bit weak, but also original to its produce. The restaurant is nicely located in a quaint Provence village parking no problem, nice outside terrace for the warm summer-nights. reserve before they are mostly fully booked Merci worldtravellerfrance pour votre avis Nos menus change tous les mois et les plats plus ou moins épicés aussiAu plaisir de vous recevoir au 6 à Table Cordialement + dâinfos sur nos actus Facebook Le 6 à Table Restaurant Pascal Poulain #le6atable pascal-poulain.com

Like most in town, in an unpretentious building we found an absolutely perfect meal. Both the fresh fish and spring lamb we're prepared and presented beautifully. The entree fish salad and dessert featured local fresh produce. The complimentary extras included olives and polenta chips, cream and nuts. The local house vin rouge was smooth and flavorful.

For more than 20 years, La Tuilerie restaurant welcomes you within an exceptionnal site to offer you an authentic food, exclusively produced with fresh seasonal and quality products. In the very heart of a bucolic stylished garden with a unique view on th
The menu is chosen for you and delivered in several courses from starter to desert - the food was ok but nothing special and this formula seemed to be conceived to make life easy for the chef. Everyone is served the same meal therefore you eat what they want rather than what you choose. we started with a terrine and then a roasted pepper with fish, some veal, some cheese and a fruit tart, all fine but far from gastronomic and rather large portions, it was hard to eat everything. The wine was good but not matched to the food although available by the glass, it was reasonably priced.

Had lunch with friends last week. The restaurant is in the village with a lovely terrace. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were excellent however the food was disappointing especially the Veal which was very dry. On paying the bill we advised the lady in charge and received no apology except the usual comment 'I'll tell the Chef!'.Maybe they were all just having a bad day.

We came here for dinner on the night we arrived in Seguret, after going for a drive for much of the day. It was Monday, so many restaurants were closed. We arrived early, hoping to get a table before the later reservations showed up. There was nobody in the dining room, and they told us they were full, but we were free to eat outside. Normally, that would have been good, but this evening was a bit windy and cool, and there were some rain showers. They did bring some blankets to keep us warm. We watched the main dining room. A few other people showed up while we were eating, but there was no time where the place was full. I really felt that they could have agreed to seat us inside if we promised to be finished by, say 8:00 or 8:30 pm.The food was good but somewhat casual, which was fine. The wines were local, good value and tasty. It was a nice dinner overall, but marred just a bit by being stuck outside.

Easy to find in Sablet just off a main roundabout. Abundant parking and a large outdoor terrace. We were here for lunch on a warm day. The menu features a fish and a meat meal du jour but most other things ala carte are available. There is an amuse bouche to start. One of us had the fish, which tasted fresh even being far in land. The accompanying vegetables were very nice. My partner ordered from the ala carte and the dish was a highlight, beignets of langoustine with some beet salad. We had glasses of a local white, which was quite OK. Desert which came with my fish meal was fine. For approximately 50 euros, it was great. Service was friendly and efficient. We will be back.Merci pour votre avis et au plaisir de vous revoir Magali et Didier

This is lovely spot for lunch - with a good selection of local foods, albeit a little limited in range. It is good place to sample local wines- with many available by the verre/pichet. The location is shaded and you get a good flavour of the life of the village whilst sitting effectively in the main village square. Recommended.
