Restaurant is located in Madonna center near big parking space so itâs easy to find a spot for your 4-wheeler. Inside, the restaurant is well furbished, nicely organized with a pleasant atmosphere. Staff is extremely polite and friendly and speaks also english, thing that non-italian visitors find very appreciated and so common. And the food is a special story. Delicious, well prepared and served in timely manner and with a smile. All in all, for my money I want to be treated like a king and thatâs how I felt. Thank you guys for that!

This restaurant is an absolutely hidden gem. It is in the basement level of the Hotel Bertelli at the foot of the Pradalago Cabin. I am astonished tha there have been so few recent Tripadvisor reviews of this one star Michelin restaurant! I consider myself very fortunate to have secured a table for 6 at only three hours notice but this was a wonderful foodie and wine experience. The restaurant is really comfortable and has the ambience of an old ski chalet. The three staff who served us were warm, efficient and knowledgeable. I c ould happily have gone for the tasting menu bu the majority view was for a la carte. The menu is based on regional flavours and ingredients - and if not that which is brought in is quality. I liked the hors d'oeuvres served with your choice of four fizzes. This was the first example of the considerable care taken to match wine and food. Loved the combinations of fruit flavours with the salmon and oyster. The pate in a small case was matched by the excellence of the venison carpaccio. My risotto and pork belly was delicious but not filling and set me right up for the caramelised and braised veal cheek. I could also not resist the chocolate dessert! Others loved their lobster, Wagyu steak, beef, tuna - how does the chef manage to offer such diverse voluptuous cuisine? The wine list was slightly intimidating but we were guided through this and made shrewd choices with the sommelier and maitre d'. We turned down coffee but still were offered petit fours - amazing! You might expect that this would have been a Michelin dining experience at a major cost but I consider the 120 euros a head an absolute bargain for this outstanding gastronomic experience!I have put the Hotel Bertelli on my bucket list for a return visit to stay and indulge myself at Il Gallo Cedrone. The atmosphere was one of calm, comfort and service. My only advice would be to ensure that you are not disappointed. Book this absolute gem well in advance!

Our restaurant in Marilleva 1400 directly in our residence is specialised in typical local cuisine and more! You can taste venison and deer after our superb canederli alla trentina. Thanks to the care of Silvano, the restaurant looks typically Tyrolese, g

Staying in Madonna di Campiglio, we drove 30 minutes to this destination restaurant and it was our best meal in the area. Absolutely amazing locavore place run by a Chef without formal training (he's a ski instructor in the day time) but with great passion. Our group of 5 ordered all 4 appetisers and all 4 pastas, two mains, a vegetable side and three desserts, and the meal with several bottles of wine came to about â¬30 per person. Amazing value at twice the price. The menu probably changes depending on what's available but standouts were a very tender beef tongue, spaghetti with a cream sauce I am still dreaming of, risotto, lake fish and duck breast. Amazing bread basket! The deer tartare was interesting but not as memorable. The vegetable side was very unusual, with wild spinach and sweet carrots. If in the area this is a must go if you want a special experience (just make sure you have GPS because it is remote).

We stopped here for lunch on our way from Lake Garda to Lake Como and were glad that we did. The place was full. construction workers, business men and several couples but we were probably the only non Italian speakers there. We were a bit unsure of how to order, was it a menu of the day with some choices or a la carte, Still not sure but we ended up with pizza, pizzoccheri della valtellina (we had no idea what this was and it turned out to be a souffle like dish with potatoes, mushroom? pasta and cheese. It tasted a lot better than it looked.), and a thin steak that was very tasty.A fun stop that we'd recommend if you are in the area.

Decorated in 'chalet' style, very warm and nice. Pizza is good, crust is very thin. Staffs are nice and friendly. Dessert is also great.

The Dolomiti Restaurant and Pizzeria, situated in Via Gole, Dimaro, near the Dolomiti Camping Village and Val di Sole Rafting Centre, offers dishes in the culinary tradition of Trentino, pizzas at lunchtime and in the evenings and the finest Trentino wine
By checking the other tables, the pizza didn't look good at all, we ordered 2 though. They confirmed us what we saw, they don't taste good, they are full of cheese and after eating them, you need to drink a lot of water. On the second day, we gave it a second chance. We order the pappardelle with mushrooms and a plate with trout filet and cooked vegetable. The pappardelle were ok, but the vegetables of the other plate were full of butter, the fish didn't taste good either. To close, the tiramisu was dry.
