The setting should be lovely, but the lights were bright, and just does not quite come together. The pasta, pepper and cheese, clumped, and the meatballs with mushroom was way too salty. There were no Italians eating there--not a good sign.

Like a previous reviewer we found this restaurant by chance and are so pleased we did. The food is excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced the décor is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary bruschetta was unexpected but a nice touch. If you are in Fiuggi you must give this place a go.

Da noi assaggerei la cucina tipica marinara campana, con materie prime di alta qualità , preparate con passione e amore dal nostro giovane chef Alessandro Bellamoli.
At this restaurant, my family enjoyed very much a variety of seafood which was delicious and reasonably priced. The people at this restaurant were very kind and we could get the answers to our requests and questions promptly. I'd say the dinner was one of the best experiences of our trip to Italy.

Slongia, a room for all seasons and age, Irish-style, international cuisine and territory, pizza baked in a wood oven, thematic menus, selection of regional wines, a selection of beers on tap and in bottles. Private parking, just a few meters from the cen
Decided to have lunch one afternoon with my Wife. Opted after asking the owner who spoke good English for Steak dinner as i did not understand the Italian menu being Irish. We asked for medium to well done steaks but what came out was Steak strips which were almost raw on some type of lettuce with a half of tomato.Steak was stringy with the blood running out of it and we left the most of our dinner after us as it was inedible. Terrible experience and it cost thirty six euro for the two plates. A rip off by any standards and we would not recommend this Restaurant.

A welcoming and unique place, situated in the Fiuggi's core. Provided with a wide range of wines, distillates, champagnes, which are greatly combined with traditional italian/mediterranean plates.
The menu is mouth-watering: home-made pasta, scamorza al forno, wide choice of meat - you want to try everything! Excellent service, too, when the dishes come in exact time. The restaurant is located up in citta alta, close to central square, charming ambiance! Highly recommend!

The restaurant is situated in the splendid setting of the Fiuggi medieval village and offers dishes of ancient tradition, using in exclusive way only fresh and genuine products. The 0 km philosophy is the seal of quality of the Taverna del Castello: here
From my trip back from Sicily I stayed a night in Fiuggi . I got recommended this restaurant which is something very special, both for it's ambiente and the food served. The cusine are a typical local dishes and the red wine offered is from the Cesanese wine area . Coming from Sicily the food of course is very different but very tastful if you love meet and pasta. Service was very pleasant amd we really enjoyed our stay.

It is a newly opened place specializing in fish next to the hotel we stayed at. Actually, we went there on receptionists' recommendation. Austere decor, limited choice on the menu, which probably guarantees that fish and seafood will be fresh. We chose three dishes. Misto calde and fritto calamari were good, though the portions were unusually small for Fiuggi. And they forgot 1 order (fish in forno). The waitress failed to understand as she doesn't speak English and she ran to the chef. He came to apologize and offered digestivo on the house. We were full and did not object. On the whole, it is not bad but I've been to much better fish restaurants in Amsterdam, Cascaish, Malaga, Amalfi, Naples... This one has a lot to learn.

They do their pasta on their own. Salads and side dishes are a bit small but everything is very tasty and the service is good but very slow.
