Emeliaâs specializes in Mediterranean cuisine that owner George Ouyoumjianâs mother, Emelia, cooked when he was growing up. George is Armenian, by way of Syria, and offers delicacies to re-flect that heritage. For the best brunch in town and an authentic
Walked into the restaurant after leaving the Razorback game during the 3rd quarter and it was pretty empty. Took our server 20 mins to bring us water. Dinner took 2 hours and our waitress continually forgot what was ordered. A friend of mine ordered a spinach salad as an appetizer and never received it even after reminding the waitress 3 times! 2 others had the spinach salad as well one came as described and the other one came without the eggs. Salad would have been good except the fact that it was like a salt lick! It was soo unbelievably salty! The Lulu, chicken and rice, was tasty. The lamb meatballs were extremely gamey but the Hummus was really good. Service was slower than molasses.

I've been here twice for gyros and fries since finding it on TripAdvisor. It's across from Shakey's on College. The food is good and reasonably priced. It is a small menu with a number of different options. Service is good on taking your order and bringing your meal but not so good on drink refills.

Get away from the busy pace of your life and the noise of the world. Step through our doors and discover a place where we combine extraordinary food with meaningful connections. Look around and you may notice the pictures on the wall that tell the story o
Taziki's reminds me a bit of Jason's Deli and Newks, but with a Mediterranean flair. The wide open space with high unfinished ceiling and rough cement floor feels comfortable and airy. The stark white stone wall, artwork and brown accents create a nice look. The order style is fast casual where you order at a counter and pay. They give you a number so the food can be delivered to your table. The customer interaction is very good. The person taking our order was pleasant and helpful, so was the person delivering our food. As we walked out two different people thanked us for coming. I love that kind of caring invested attitude. What gives me pause in this restaurant is the lack of proper table busing and just okay food. Three tables were dirty during our whole visit. More were added to the list as customers left. There was not a systematic process for clearing and wiping down a table as people left. The floor was unswept. It took away from the pleasant atmosphere. The balsamic pasta was too tangy and strong. The first bite was great, but by the end of the plate it was over powering. The gyro was dry. I thought I was getting traditional gyro meat cut from a vertical spit. Instead, I got cut chunks of meat that was not tender.I'm pretty sure I won't be back. It's an okay place for a quick meal if I was in the area.
