My wife and I have the privilege of eating here often. It's a family-run enterprise serving up a combination of classic Mexican breakfast items and very imaginative creations.The fresh juices are great, but the Green Juice is a must. The tortillas are hot and fresh. Everything is far above par!The view of the ocean is incredible and the setting is serene.

We went to Olivia last night with a large group and had a truly amazing meal. I am a chef and restaurant owner, so I tend to over-critique everything I eat, but I have to say that everything I had was exceptional. We started with seared tuna and beef tartar, then had grilled chocolate clams, a nice salad, and braised ox tails. The highlight for me were the clams which were probably the best cooked clam dish I've eaten, with everything else a close second. We will definitely add Olivia to our short list of places to bring friends in the Valley.

We have a couple of favorite restaurants in Ensenada when we come through but decided to try La Ensenada Restaurant this past trip. I enjoyed a bowl of Clam Chowder (broth based, delicious, and full of clams and vegetables) and Ron had the Carne Asada Tacos (also delicious). Combined with a glass of Valle de Guadalupe wine, it was the perfect light meal that provided us with a delightful taste of the Baja.Gracias por visitarnos! Fue un gusto poder atenderte!!!! Saludos!!!

this restaurant started about 6 months ago and we have been there 3 times now.In the beginning it was 5 stars all the way: the ambience, service and the food.And it was âpackedâ all the time.Yesterday we went back, the place was almost empty and service was not that good.I think they should have an owner or General Manager on site!The food: my wife had octopus,we had to return it, as it was only luke warm, to have it reheated, and I started with a shrimp dish, my wife took the first shrimp and immediately spit it out it was so foul that she almost had to throw up.The waiter, not very concerned it seemed,took it back and later told us that the chef had now thrown out all left over shrimp.My main fish dish was very good.At no time came a manager over to our table to apologize,and we thought after what my wife went through with that shrimp should have had her dinner at no charge.We will go again to see if we had just bad luck!

One of the most fantastic and recurring themes in this wonderful wine-centric area is the abundance of Ladies in charge!!!Mixtura is no exception.The Chef delivers food which is fresh, creative, damn beautiful and super delicious. Top it all off with their spectacular setting --and wine--and you've got a winner in my book.

This is probably the only restaurant serving this style food in Ensenada, and if youâre a vegetarian it might be the only place to get a good meal in the city. The food was great, fresh made, tasty garnishes, and the price was more than fair. Two thumbs up!
