The best Greek food around. I ordered the Greek salad with grilled shrimp and it was delicious. Iâve also had it with grilled octopus and grilled chicken which are both fantastic. The salad ingredients are fresh and the tomatoes are ruby red, perfectly riped. It comes with pita. Friends ordered the lamb gyro and said it was amazing.

I have been wanting to try Boro6 in Hastings for a while. Well a couple of girlfriends and I went for a ladies night out and had a wonderful time. It's a great place if you want have a bite to eat and to try some lovely wine. However, the menu is quite limited since they don't actually have a working kitchen and they prepare their plates behind the bar. We had a cheese and meat board which included choices of some very flavorful cheeses such as aged cheddar, brie (which was my personal favorite), gouda among other choices. The meat choices such as speck and salame are hand sliced at the bar. I recommend the pizza toast as it was the group favorite. We also tried the avocado toast however we all agreed it could have used some salt and fresh cracked pepper. They also offer some light dinners which include salads and sandwiches but are made with repetitive ingredients so I would suggest either having some tastings or dinner as you might find yourself searching for something different to eat and there isn't. They also offer a selection of beer, coffee, tea and light desserts using ice cream from the local ice cream shop up the block. My only negative is that we found ourselves looking for our waiter many times as we would likes some more bread, water or a salt shaker. To wrap up, if you are looking for a hardy meal this is not the place if you are looking to sip wine and do some tasting while socializing with friends or your significant other it's a nice night out. It's a small place so I recommend reservations if going on the weekend.

We had the spanakopita (spinach pie), taramosalata (fish roe dip with olive oil and bread), and pastitsio (macaroni, carrots, zucchini, eggplant, onions, scallions, and dill, inside a custard-like dough). It came with a Greek salad large enough to share. It had a terrific dressing that they actually bottle and sell there. It was really good.

Great food! This is a really small establishment with big taste. I'm a big fan of there mujadara dish, and there samosa is on point. They have friendly staff that remember there customers. I think that's big. Some dishes can be a bit pricey, but it is a great place for a healthy meal. or maybe a take out dinner. Seating is limited. Vegetarian friendly!! Try the chicken shawarma

Had a wonderful dinner at Bistro 12. Small, intimate dining space with great seafood and meat dishes. Our table ordered the sardine appetizer and lobster bisque - both delicious and generous portions. For our main courses, we ordered the seafood risotto, seafood cappellini, veal chop and halibut with lemon beurre blanc. All were ample portions and well-prepared. The halibut was fabulous and the grilled veal chop was very tender and cooked to perfection! What a special place! Hope to return again!

Opened 5/14/12, sister to MP Taverna in Roslyn
I originally had a not-so-great experience here, but having given it a few more times to redeem itself, it seems to have gotten itself together. We like the creativity that Chef Psilakis uses when putting his menu together. His meatballs appetizer, smothered in cracked olives is wonderful, as is the dips sampler. I love their lamb burger and their souvlaki kebabs are accompanied by delish smashed fries. I never had their desserts so I can't comment. Service can be slow, but I actually enjoy a slower paced meal than being rushed when I am eating out so I don't mind it. Their drinks, albeit pricey, are very well-executed.
