Reviews on Mediterranean food in Cruz Bay, St. John, Caribbean. St. John’s vibrant main town and port, Cruz Bay is home to most of the 28-square-mile island’s restaurants, bars, stores and dive centers. Two-thirds of affluent St. John is a national park, and many safari buses and jeeps set out from Cruz Bay. Don’t miss local art and history at Elaine Ione Sprauve Museum or the pristine sand of Hawksnest Bay, popular with snorkelers due to its nearby reef. There is no airport; ferries connect the town of 2750 with other U.S. and British Virgin Islands.

So excited that Extra Virgin is open again after taking a break after low season. First night open and they are right back into the swing of things, doing everything with excellence, as usual. Service=impeccable, love sitting at the bar where the service is amazing and everything came out super fast. The spinach salad was delicious and as usual the shrimp and crab pasta was heaven with every bite!!! Thank you again!

We had a delightful meal with an excellent bottle of Lust. Starters included bread with herbed olive oil, gazpacho and an artichoke/cheese fondue that makes my mouth water in retrospect. We split a tuna in an asparagus and corn sauce that sounded a little unusual and was fantastic. Dessert was an equally delicious flourless chocolate cake.

Little Olive: Good Food With Roots. A food truck in Cruz Bay, St. John VI. Mediterranean street fare that focuses on healthy, local and sustainable foods!
Open for lunch have a Mediterranean salad or sandwich although no lamb. The food was very good and reasonable. Take out only although they do have one picnic table on the side of the road
