i was impressed by the service and the food. most places have slow service and not attentive manner. i loved the crisp , clean look, the dishes cooked with good ingredients and great flavor. i should have said something about the squash soup being salty, but was in a hurry on my way to the airport. other than that have the sangria with lunch.

Very good Italian restaurant on the Plaza Cathedral. One of the few real Italian menus in the Old City. Good Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Excellent pasta and veal dish. Mediocre house red wine. Moderate to higher prices but not *expensive*.

We ended up eating here three times, service was good to great, food was good (salads to pizza to pasta -- tried them all and no complaints). The best sangria I had in Panama -- and I had quite a bit! Reasonable prices. My favourite was the caprese salad and the bread basket with the oil/balsamic for dipping. Husband said his spaghetti bolognese was the best he had in quite some time. The lasagna was good too but burned on the bottom. The pizza was good too, but better across the street at Okey Italiano.
