I've been having lunch in Can Pepitu many times, sometimes in couple, sometimes in family. The last one was several months ago (close to a year actually) and again was a superb experience. It was a cold day and we decided to enjoy a good meal with the typical taste of the Catalan food.As starters we got a Catalan Salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc with Catalan cold meat) and a soup-bowl of "Escudella", which is a very tasty Catalan soup.As main dishes we ordered grilled asparagus and "calçots" (grilled tender onions) with Romesco sauce.Starters:The Salad was fresh, with good generous size and the cold meat was excellent. The "Escudella" was a true religious experience. The broth was fantastic, the meatballs inside were soft and delicious and the pasta was at the exact point.Main dishes:Asparagus and "Calçots" were perfectly grilled with a wonderful taste, but the king was definitely the "Romesco" sauce, truly home made. Right now I'm enjoying just the memory of its taste and texture. All food was sided with toasted bread with scrapped garlic, tomato and olive oil.As appetizer they served "Arbequina" olives, a true delicatessen. As dessert we ordered "Crema Catalana", which is similar to the French Cremme Brulee, but definitely better, because they include a small branch of tasty cinnamon and a bit of scrapped lemon peel, with a delicious thin crusty layer or melted sugar.I'm looking forward to be back to Can Pepitu to enjoy another lunch as also the very good and customized service from the staff.

A friend took us to this lovely restaurant, to try calcots, a catalán speciality.we found a large restaurant full of locals,a large terrace and two indoor restaurants al in the middle of nowhere. The food was lovely, great selection local foods with meat and vegetables on the menú.The place had a lovely family atmosphere, with lots of family's enjoying calcots and suculent meats, my vegetarian girlfriend was also catered for.The place is very spanish, with little english spoken but the menu's have pictures so just point and smile,, Well worth a visit, busy on the weekends,

This typical Catalan restaurant is located in Cerdanyola del Vallès (outside Barcelona, 25 minutes by train).I must say that this is not a touristy place and the food is simply delicious: I strongly recommend the lamb ! Also, prices are fair and the service was very friendly and timely. Cerdanyola is a bit far from Barcelona but the food is worth the visit!Enjoy!

The best in everything: food quality, service, ambience, price... Ramon, the owner, is a great professional always searching the way to feel the best comfortable as possible in your stay. If this restaurant were in Barcelona city for sure would be considered one of the better restaurants in Catalonia.A place where a problem is never a problem!Highly recommended!!!

This is a micro-brewery and restaurant associated with 2 other restaurants apparently (Matilda and Clotilda). The tapas were excellent according to my colleagues, who selected both seafood and meat tapas. I had an excellent goat cheese salad and then delicious grilled vegetables that were cooked perfectly. I had their Belgian beer, and since I live in Belgium, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

Casa Fuster is the illusion, and as its name says, the house of a family. A family that embarks on a journey through the world of hospitality and gastronomy in 1989. Almost 30 years dedicated to different purposes and formats. As fruit, experience and tra
From check in to check out we were completly satisfied with Casa Fuster. The rooftop deck with a smal pool was a welcome respit. The one thing that was nott 100% to my liking the bathtub you needed to pole vault in and out of th tub.
