We looked on trip-advisor and were going to a recommended restaurant next door but it was closed! We went into Pirolito and sat down at the only available table. We sat for quite awhile before we were attended and some people that arrived after us were attended first . We thought it was their opening night as the service seemed very inexperienced .the food was delicious and there was some entertainment, which was quite nice. I would only criticise the fact that we were given without asking for them , black olives ( they were the best Iâve ever tasted) and bread and a type of tapernade, and on paying the bill we were charged for them , a Euro each , if you give something unordered you should not charge for it !

The cod (bacaulhau) dorado, a cod, cheese and onion casserole, was out of this world. The gazpacho, which seemed to have a slight flavor of olives, was also very good. The restaurant is not far from the tourist information office.
It is an Ok restaurant, well located, Portuguese comfort food! Fresh, tasty! Not expensive! Good service! will try to please you! Good customer service!

Atendimento neutro.
