Visited Volare this week with relations from Canada. My cousin required a gluten free menu. She was very impressed with the variety available and the knowledge of the staff. We were made welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant, ambience could not be faulted with background Italianate music. The service was professional and friendly. The quality of the food could not be faulted and piping hot. Good selection of wines at reasonable prices. The final bill was easy to read with with each course and drinks separated under headings. Me and my partner went for a meal for our 4 and a half year anniversary and the staff at the restaurant were so friendly and fun, we chatted to them lots about our experiences in Greece! For starters we had the Greek meatballs and the courgette and feta fritters which were AMAZING, and for mains my partner had Beef Stifafo which was fresh, juicy and had so many authentic Greek flavors. For myself I had an old favourite which was chicken gyros with seasoned chips. I'm not normally a fan of chips, but they way they cooked them was perfection! You could taste the olive oil! Overall it was a beautiful experience which gave us happy memories of Greece with a friendly, helpful service. 100% recommended! â¨â¤ï¸

I haven't been to this restaurant for some time but on my return I found the consistent quality of food and service had been maintained.The 2 courses for £9 lunch offer is incredible value .The food is freshly cooked and the family run restaurant has a very cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended if you like well cooked authentic cuisine.
