Have been here a few times before and service has been good but last time we were just ignored by the waitress and barman - both seen us arrive and when they finished serving others they came and sat outside with their friends and drank coffee!!!! After 10minutes we left and will not return.

Very nice place to eat your dinner and enjoy the sunset at Andros island. The food is very good, tasty dishes but the portions are average. Logical prices.

Our restaurant- offering meze, creative and standard greek cuisine -was until 2017 hidden in an alley of Batsi. Since May 2018, it has been relocated on the seaside promenade with a terrace and even a few tables right on the sea front. The dishes are still
This little place is right on the front in Batsi, so you might think it could be a bit touristy but not a bit of it. The man who runs it is absolutely delightful and we had lovely food. We didn't want a big meal so we just had local cheese, pork and spicy sausages and it was just perfect. The culinary highlight was undoubtedly the olive oil, which makes the local Andros cheese even more delish when you mix them together and the proprietor is VERY proud of it because it's made by his own family from their own olives. All washed down with very passable house wine and a complimentary yoghurt with cherry syrup. A great evening.

If you love meat, you'll enjoy Ammos - one of four linked restaurants (all run by the same management) on Batsi beach. But if you want something lighter and more digestible, you'll probably keep walking. It's a burger and skewer heaven, with umpteen options for the heartiest appetite. But it isn't the best option in this lively little resort town on Andros island, and if you veer towards vegetarianism, you're better giving it a wide berth.Having said that, the quality is good, the portions large and the service sufficient, if not brilliant.

Tasty food. If there are many people then we had to wait a longer time but the result was always perfectly. We were every time very satisfied.

Back yet again on Andros and just had to eat hereThis is opposite the main tourist area of Batsi and frequented by the locals-always a good sign!Pork chop and chips simply excellent and possibly the best pint of draught Methos on the islandA full range of authentic Greek dishes always available, cooked to perfection by the owners mother and served in ample potionsBrilliant view of the harbour from the front of garden seats in particularGreat service, and great to sit, drink and chat after with no pressure; a definite must for us ever visit to the island.

Five of us unanimously chose this restaurant for a special meal out together and we were not disappointed, knowing that a master chef was in attendance.Lovely evening views across Batsi harbour whilst eating a huge, perfectly cooked steak served with chips, salad and peppercorn sauce. (Nb this is listed as âvealâ but is beef for sure)Four of us had the steak, the other a chicken dish cooked on a skewer served with salad. We are all healthy eaters and all struggled to finish because of the very generous portions, we could not leave a single delicious mouthful and then heroically still managed the wonderful banoffee pie provided on the house.Bottled cold Methos is served here in frosted glasses and the house red is quite acceptable.Service is delightfully relaxed and there is never a rush to move you on at the end of your meal.Slightly more expensive than several of the neighbouring restaurants, but absolutely worth every penny.

A nice place, just opposite the beachfront of Batsi. The food is average. Some dishes were delicious (village salad) and some others very bad.Bread was not fresh and was charged 4â¬!The prices are high compated to what you eat.Needs reservation!!Do not try the chicken. It was almost raw!

Typical Greek restaurant with good food, but generally not standing out from the other ones.Service is a bit hurried, due to the huge number of table to serve.I would not plan a trip to Batsì just to dine here.
