Spanish restaurant, owners from Ibiza and Barcelona. Specializing in Paellas, Sangria, Spanish Wines List, Meats and Seafood dishes. Open for dinner.
Quaint little restaurant near the beach with a really nice menu. The paella was exceptional and loved the fact that the owners are involved as host and chef. Well worth the excursion. Personas hermosas en lugares hermosos.

Sitting on a hill surrounded with lots of trees and open concept with great Mountain View and refreshing , fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits garden. It's a true Mediterranean with lots of fun and great food and prices.
These people do a great job with casual, fine dining. Michael, owner /chef, keeps close tabs on his newest venture and it makes a difference. Fresh fish, well prepared, great appetizers and salads, terrific atmosphere. We were a table of 5 and everyone loved their individual choices. In addition, we were celebrating a special birthday for a friend with dietary restrictions. The chef whipped up a special dessert, on the spot just for the occasion. Truly outstanding! My first trip included a fabulous spicy margarita. I've been back twice in hopes of another and both subsequent margaritas have been misses. A consistent mixologist would make this place truly sing. Still giving it 5 stars because of the food and amazing service. Beehive is a rare find indeed.

The cuisine is inspired by Italian tradition, using only local ingredients with innovative results that surprise even the most demanding gourmand. Here in Dolce Uvita, the ingredients are carefully chosen and the dishes created with the right combinations
We happened to come across Annasilvia, the owner of Dolce Uvita, in a community Facebook group, and she mentioned that she and her husband have an Italian restaurant in Uvita. My husband and I were looking for a a place to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary, so we decided to give it a try. Annasilvia encouraged us to select our entree in advance because they prepare everything from scratch. We were very grateful for the opportunity to peruse the menu at home. My husband ordered spaghetti with Italian sausage and broccoli, and I ordered Rigatoni Puttanesca. Prior to our main course, we were served bruschettas with three different delicious toppings on them. Then came our main dishes, and we were both delighted with our selections. . After the main course, in the Italian tradition, we were served delicious Caesar Salads. We were both very full from the main course, but I'm a big fan of Caesar Salad, and this one was one of the best I've ever had, so I managed to savor every bite of it. But it didn't end there! As a special treat for our anniversary, Annasilvia brought us chocolate cupcakes topped with rum sauce and fresh strawberries on the side.
