This restaurant has a great view on the Tigris river, a nice place to be in \Spring, Autumn and winter. there is music and songs every Friday night. The food is medium quality as is the service, a bit pricey
Ahwak has become my go-to place for food in Baghdad. It has great, good quality food, generous portions, staff is extremely cordial and friendly, and I am yet to taste a dish I did not like, though their coffee needs improvement. Their breakfast buffet is great too. The only drawback (which is the case for most places in Baghdad) is that they allow smoking indoors.
Azkadnaya is the modern echo of the Arab restaurant, which serves traditional dishes of the past beautiful days in a contemporary and artistic touch
Good to see them in Iraq as it's one of my favorties in Jordan. I can see the same quality of food and services
When you inter this restaurant you feel that it is different from other restaurants, the style and decoration make you feel you are in rather old time! The menu is mainly European , but there are additional menu where you can find local Iraqi famous dishes, Also the salads and starters are very good and contain Lebanese salads too.I can recommend The rips very deliciousAnd also the shrimp. They have also breakfast that seems quite impressive too.

This is a restaurant that's pretty much all about the setting. "It looks like Dubai" is considered high praise here and the poolside restaurant at night can elicit that effect until your meal arrives. The appetizers and main courses were all brought out at the same time, almost as if the waiters had never been taught differently. The overpriced seafood mixed grill came charred and dried to the texture of rubber, including the fish. The hamburger was disappointing. The flavorless fried and battered calamari was served without a sauce. No one ever asked how the food was. It would be a lovely place for a drink but they don't serve alcohol.
