With a breathtaking view over the Lima Valley, Tempus Restaurant provides a well cared variety of dishes, that will definitly suit your taste. We offer a variety of diferent options for each course, from which we can point out our Cod Dish boiled in olive
My memory of this meal is that it went on for hours and hours with various party members leaving the table before the food arrived. Staff were very pleasant, but easily distracted. No task ever seemed to be finished (eg. ordering or bringing drinks) if you mentioned some earlier request or they were hailed to another table before doing what you'd asked. Drinks took ages to arrive. The food even longer. We had some very tired children and even tireder jet-lagged adults who just ordered the cheese plate in the hope that it would be quick. They had to wait with the rest of us with the added pain of sitting hungry as we ate our starters. The food was OK when it did arrive, but most of us had lost interest by that point. We were a large party, but it was clear from overheard conversations at other tables, that it was not much better if you were a table of 2. Although to our envious eyes they did seem to be getting their food a whole lot quicker. The answer is simple - staff training.

We have a wide variety of snacks from the region always accompanied by a good green wine . The site presents a unique and full of decorative antique utensils with history. Lunch and dinner on request.
This is a typical restaurant which only serves appetizers and no main plates. This is not a tapas restaurant. After this if you want to enjoy some inexpensive portuguese food like chorizo, pataniscas, cod pasties, prosciutto. If you want an eye how we portuguese eat with our familys this is your place.um obrigado por passado en ponte da barca

The restaurant "Adega do Artur" (Arthur's Cellar) was opened in 2014 in the sense of offering a wide choice of quality dishes for the needs of tourists and locals since its location at the entrance of the campground. It's a nice and cozy space with a larg
We had a really nice evening meal here. The starters were delicious and the mains were superb, as was the wine! The waiter was very attentive and helpful too!

we went here twice and had excellent meals for a very reasonable price. The owners only spoke French and Portuguese and we spoke neither very well but we managed to communicate somehow! The food was simple but very tasty with very good local wine.
The restaurant is integrated in the Arcos Hotel Nature & Spa, but open to all publics. Private entrance, independent from the Hotel.

This restaurant has a picturesque look and is cozy. They serve traditional Portuguese food which is perfectly cooked. Try the Octopus Lagareiro style which was really perfectly cooked (Octopus was really tender and perfect) and for desert try the cookie cake (bolo de bolacha in Portuguese).
Tapas menu with unique and hard to find foods that are traditional but not really served in the other restaurants...Such as wild local mushrooms, regional specialty sausages and cheeses..seafood items you only find in coastal towns..I stop by twice a year and I. I always find something new..

Set in an old watermill in Ponte da Barca since 1996 but completely renovated in 2017, right next to the beautiful bridge of the fifteenth century which gives its name to this town, you find the Restaurante O Moinho. A Portuguese regional cuisine restaura
Really great meal!!!Even though we arrived on the late side, we had a wonderful lunch. The meat was quite tender, the fried potatoes were homy and not greasy. I highly recommend the "vinhão", if you appreciate this region's wine.Desserts were really good too...Not the first time we were here. Again very good service.Wonderful view!

What a lovely restaurant. The interior is nicely decorated but, on a summer evening, the rear garden patio is the place to be, with its view over the Lima River and the bridge. We loved the variety of the menu and particularly appreciated the vegetarian and gluten-free options. The alheira in pastry appetiser was delicious and my wife really enjoyed her sardines spring rolls. The main course was equally enjoyable and there was a variety of desserts including artisanal ice cream. All four of us were happy with all of our dishes,.The efficient and friendly staff contributed to a very enjoyable experience. And the prices were very reasonable. We will return the next time we visit Ponte Da Barca.

I went here for lunch after a searching at Tripadvisor app. The restaurant is rated as the #2 in the town. The restaurant is small and dark with traditional decor and serving genuine Portuguese food. It's not a cheap restaurant, but either expensive, to me considering the food quality it's acceptable. At lunch time it can be crowded.PROS- food: tasty and well cooked;CONS- Payment only with cash, I can understand, but in our days is not practical;DO I WILL RETURN?can happen, not sure as first option
