I went the Marisqueria which us located in Almerimar for dinner. The waitress (nicolas) was trying to give us good attention but the food is terrible and expensive. I asked for atún with avocado but the avocado was old. Maybe ripped. Then with ordered Navajas which where no clean enough. Too much sand inside. The main course was a local fish following Nicolas recommendation as was raw and no flavour. A total disaster.

First visit....had booked in advance...just as well...it was packed by 3pm.Very impressed with a paella mixta for 4 with a good quality Rosado reasonably priced.We had a nice table with a sea view. Service was excellent. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

We arrived unannounced and were faclitated even though they were busy. We had seafood paella and a monkfish and shrimp skewer. Both were delicious. Service was good and very friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic restaurant right on the Marina with a lovely atmosphere!We have visited the the sister restaurant so we know some of the staff and also we know we will have excellent food and we were not disappointed.Great starter which we shared thank goodness has it was plentiful also great main course all served by a very friendly knowledgeable waiter.We will return.

If you are looking for real tapas in Almeria this is not the place! the waiter tells you that you should pay for the tapas because they are of very good quality, but when your tests there is nothing surprising. If you order croquettes just flour. It is a place only for tourists where you feel that the food is not made with love. the service has not been very friendly. I hope they improve their serviceWe greatly appreciate your opinion, just tell you a couple of things, our restaurant enjoys more than 80% of its customers of Spanish nationality and on the other hand the tapas also charge them because they are all with raw materials of the highest quality, because Our drinks are charged at a fair price, for example, a regular beer on tap costs ⬠1.60.I am sorry that you have that option of our croquettes, but to tell you that it is the tapa that our customers demand the most, both in tapas and ration.On the other hand, if they did not like it at the right moment, they could tell our staff, who would give them an alternative at that moment.thank you very much

We were there on a stormy day. All other places were closed. Only this restaurant could serve us the food. We felt very lucky. The prices were high. The salad was simple. But paella was tasty. The service was very good. They gave us a bottle of digestive with the bill, so we could have as much as we wanted :)

What a lovely lunch. A beautiful tuna salad to start with followed by excellent main courses of fillet steak and fish washed down with a couple of bottles of Navarra Rosado.

This restaurant has a lovely aspect, on the edge of the Square, overlooking Dossena 3. The food was fantastic and fairly reasonably priced. Really enjoyed it. Service during the meal was pretty good but the restaurant got busier. I think that they were short staffed. Waiting for the bill totally ruined our lovely dining experience - we had to wait 15 minutes to get someone's attention to even ask for the bill, we asked 4 times in total (and even went inside looking for someone) and waited a total of 45 minutes. We all stood up, I went inside and I insisted they gave me the bill there and then. The waiter was very apologetic - not his fault, not enough staff was the issue.As the food was so good, I may go back, but nervous about the time it'll take to get the bill and get from there!!!

Probably the most energetic restaurant in the square at Almerimar. Free âtapasâ with every drink. The âtapasâ are among the best I have tasted - Top Quality! Great sharing plates and a wide variety of wines. Great draught beer

Visited with my daughter and granddaughter for a light meal. Ordered two toasted sandwiches and two sides of fries. The food arrived and only one sandwich plus two plates of tiny potato sticks (not fries) which were lukewarm. The sandwich which did turn up was made from very stale bread and inedible and most of the fries were also left. I asked for the bill and was grossly overcharged. I repeatedly asked for this to be amended and also complained about the quality of the food and suddenly none of the staff could speak English although they had previously. Eventually the correct bill was presented.
