I was here was my wife and chose Gustaria because we liked the red and white decor, which looked pretty, and it was in a good location. We had an anti-pasta sharing platter for â¬28 and we could choose from the cheeses and cooked meats on display inside. We gave the lady freedom to choose for us only stipulating that we didn't want olives or capers. We were served with a good choice of cheeses, salamis and prosciutto ham with fresh bread. It was all excellent and the accompanying wine and beer we ordered was not overpriced.

We stopped in on a Saturday night after exploring the area all day. We didn't have a reservation but were seated promptly anyway. We ordered two pizzas, one vegetarian and the other a margherita. Both were delicious. My husband talked about how good the pizza was here for the rest of our trip to Austria! The only small glitch was that a salad we ordered never arrived at our table, but they removed it from the bill so it's all good.

Welcome to M. Mediterranean pleasure right next to lake Wolfgang. A NATURAL CUISINE For us our kitchen is passion in a palpable form. Passion for the good and honest things taken from nature. We want to unite these things in our dishes and cast a spell ov
The only negative experience of an otherwise great holiday in Austria. Waitress was not chosen for her intelligence; informed me " the pizzas used to be much bigger" !, brought a glass of white wine when I ordered red, brought my seafood pizza with what looked like catfood on it ( it wasn't - it was tuna, but you know that cheap, flaky, mushy stuff ? ), forgot the order completely when I ordered a second ( small ) carafe, and then the bill was such that I actually thought she had overcharged me by 10 euros. She hadn't - the place just charges about 20% more than most other restaurants. In contrast, Pension Rosam, about 2 minutes walk away from this place the following night, gave excellent service, delicious food, a decent red house wine, and was cheaper. I'm sure the owner of Bar Mediterranea will become a millionaire, but not at my expense.Dear guest, all our guests are important for us and we are always thankful for critics. We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our place and the service didn't meet your expectations. We would have been happy if you had asked for me directly - so that we could have found a solution on the spot. We are a Restaurant which values and strengths are excellent quality (homemade pizzas, fresh ingredients, regional products), high quality wine and good service. Our Price Performance Ratio is more than fair compared to equal restaurants in our region. If I would ever become a milionair, I would still be pleased and happy to take care of all my guests as it is my passion.Nice greetings from St. Gilgen
