This restaurant serves only local Sabah food and it's tasty. A nice place to indulge and explore the local cuisine. The ultimate challenge is butod (sago worm)! You can have it either raw or fried! There are also cultural performance from some tribe / ethnic in Sabah.Ensure you make an earlier reservation if you are in a big group, restaurant is quite pack for dinner.

Are they tasted badly, No I'm sure. But will I come back for more? No I confess....May it be I'm expecting for something more, but they just can't give what I want no matter how many times I visit them. May it be just it doesn't fit my taste.

Was recommended to me by an Australian Yachtie that we met while here, very busy and sometimes we had to stand and stalk a table and pounce when someone left. Food was great They do have an english menu but the best stuff appears is written on the wall in
I already enjoy Fatty Kee's foods 20 years ago. Famous with its economy rice during lunch time. And always full with people during dinner time, need to be patient to wait for seating. As a local, I always come before 6pm to have seat. Most of the dishes are very delicious such as chicken wing, fried rice, assam fish, fried pork leg ....worth to try.

By far the biggest outlet for seafood in Kota Kinabalu however heavily catering tourists only. It is not the best seafood, nor the biggest selection or pricing. It mass caters to chinese or korean market who value quantoty over quality. Walk a few steps further in the complex to find a multitude of smaller shops with better offering. Also recommend the seafood-malay style next to the waterfront

Too much curry powder in Laksa broth kinda made it more touristy than it should. Local couple sharing table said this is Kuching style but Singaporean and West Mâsian laksa are better. We agreed. Also had wanton noodles - broth is decent and plenty of wanton but yellow noodle not wanton noodles brought it down a notch. All in, not worth the trouble to try.

The restaurant was highly recommended by our hotel staff, particularly for Malaysian food. The food did not disappoint, very flavorful. If you prefer less salt or have other preferences/restrictions, tell them when ordering. The prices for a single meal started at MYR 10.90, while the price of individual dishes (S, M, L) range from MYR 12++. A bowl of white rice is MYR 2.

Perched on the edge of its very own peninsular, Sunset Bar is a world away from the madding crowd, yet close enough to the heart of Kota Kinabalu city. This trendy and upscale bar brings fresh meaning to the term âperfectly chilledâ and sets the standard
I enjoyed everything about being in this amazing place and the service is top notch, the coffee is really good and the sunset will put a smile on your face at the same time it warms your heart.Dear 861ibrahimd, Thank you so much for giving us full rating.
