Dinner for 8 on a Friday night. Though noisy (too many TVs!), the atmosphere for a casual dinner is OK. Wait staff is attentive - speak Lingala, French, English and a smattering of other languages. Drinks came quickly; orders of gigantic burgers, crafted pizza, yummy shawarma and grilled fish with frites arrived soon afterward. Dessert (search out your ice cream flavor, in the frozen display cases, in advance) and coffee were enjoyable... I go everytime I'm in Brazza

If you want Moroccan or Lebanese food, the Oriental on the Crystal Palace hotel's grounds is excellent. I took the 7 vegetables lamb couscous: it was perfect!
Chez Sam has a varied menu ranging from Congolese and French to burgers, puzza and scawarma. The setting is fun with big screen and a variety of music. The food is tasty, well prepared and well presented. The staff are friendly and efficient. There are even water pipes so people can smoke but not create smells to annoy other guests. A great way to relax in the evening with friends, a beer and good food.

I visited Restaurant Noura with recommendations from colleagues. It is a Lebanese fast food joint I and my friend has Chicken Shwarma and Sandwiches and indeed it was tasty. I looked what others eating and it looks like they have nice variety of sandwiches and shwarma. They have also full fried chicken. If you order one shwarma, it may not be enough. So, you have to order one or two depending your appetite. It is located in the center of the city which makes it convenient. The prices relatively are reasonable. The restaurant also has bar with variety of drinks. One minor issues I observed is that the menu is in French and if you don't speak French you might face the dilemma of what to order. Nice place to visit if you happen to be in Brazzaville.
