My father discovered this little gem after our family grew a bit bored with the mexican food down the road from our home. The food is 5 times better than what we were eating and cheap to boot. The flavors are simple: lemon pepper, cilantro, lime juice, ect., but we loved every bite. The food is neither greasy nor fatty. We ordered a couple of empanadas and one of the traditional dishes. I also suggest a side of fried plantains and the chicharron. It's family-owned and operated as well. Support local!

I only went here because of the reviews and what a mistake!! Almost every dish had boiled potatoes with absolutely no flavor! Out of four dishes ordered all were covered with unbelievable amounts of bland rice with whatever the meat happened to be. I cannot believe people in Peru eat this kind of food....if they do I feel extremely sorry for them! What a HUGE disappointment this place was! Never again! Chicken was boiled and horrible!

Came in for lunch two times this week. I will be in several more times until I have tried the entire menu...then I will start over. Authentic and wonderful...and plenty of it...for very little money. You will not leave hungry. My only negative is that the service could be a little friendlier.
