Really wonderful food. And service is amazing. I think that other reviewers don't understand the difficulty of having a small restaurant and expect immediate service. Give me a friendly wait staff that clearly is working hard, any time of the day.The food is more original cuisine, not American Mexican food, which is another reason most reviewers won't like it. Too bad.

Sabor brings to Huntersville what much of the rest of the Charlotte metro area already enjoys â innovative and ethnic dining in an easy-to-reach neighborhood location. Itâs way different than the former Mexican-meets-Subway former occupant Salsaritaâs, and much, much better.Our meals were fresh, hot, and oh-so-tasty. Chicken tacos, el Dominocano burrito (tasty chicken, onions, tomatoes, and spices in a grilled tortilla), and Carne Asada fries were great. A selection of sauces from mild to a super tasty pineapple habanero complement the meal. Soft drinks, teas, even a nice selection of beers, rum and other liquor drinks, are available.
