While the food is quite good, this small restaurant has an utter disregard for customer service. The dining experience is terrible, in spite of the excellent food. Don't bother, when there are a 3 better restaurants within walking distance of this place.

This is one of many, many Peruvian restaurants in this area but the food is well above average. We found the ceviche to be especially well-prepared - this means it has been marinated in lime juice for a long time before being served. Many Periuvian restaurants just throw raw fish into a bowl of marinade just before being served - quite unpalatable. I tried their hybrid dish - fetuccini alfredo but with papa a la huancaina sauce instead of alfredo (white cheese) sauce. I found it to be not spicy enough to justify this unorthodox approach. My wife's tallarin saltado was very good - so stick with the regular (traditional) Peruvian items on the menu and you will enjoy this place very much (also great service).

Tucked away in one of the many malls is our favorite Peruvian restaurant (me and my Peruvian wife) in Orange County. The prices here are reasonable, portions generous and the preparation of the food is way above average. I would avoid this place at peak meal times but at slow times (even though they are never really empty), this is a real pleasure. Anything you order in the way of beef or fish will be outstanding. Our only advice is to avoid the ceviche because it is prepared on the spot, not marinated for hours in lime juice beforehand. Otherwise, this is THE go-to place -enjoy!

After a fabulous air show on Huntington Beach, we start driving back when we found this beautiful place. We get an outside sitting for my lovely doggie. We started with the taste of Cambalache an exquisite variety of prosciutto, salami, Calabrese, tomato with mozzarella Buffalo and basil, hearts of palm with roasted red peppers delicious and giving you smile with each bite. The parrillada unbelievable tasty with awesome provenzal fries. Our waiter provided us with an excellent service really knowledgeable of the menu and suggesting great food combination.Thank you so much, Daniel, for such a top of the line service.
