Lekker gegeten, prima sushi.

New sushi player in town! Lovely creations (dragon), well balanced flavor and fresh ingredients.Friendly personnel giving advice which sushi would match my taste.Pity the don't deliver to my hometown. So usually I'll order for take-away.Way better than all-you-can-eat sushi.

Recently, the buffet restaurant Atlas, situated at the Silver Dome, has transformed into this all-you-can-order Asian restaurant called Bijou - French for jewel. From a tablet, you can choose from a large selection of Asian styled foods - three categories of sushi, dim sum style foods, small plates with favorites like chicken cashew or black bean beef and fine fish plates. Each guest can choose up to three items per round. After ordering the dishes are served promptly, and then you go for a new round. The number of rounds is unlimited, for as long as your appetite goes, within 2 1/2 hours. The food is very good although fried items could have been less greasy. Drinks are to be ordered separately, and that's where the money goes to. ⬠2,75 for a very small bottle of Coke, or ⬠5,50 for a 3/4 litre bottle of water is pretty outrageous, and caused the bill to be much higher than I wanted - over â¬40 per person.Desserts are the only items that you still need to leave the table for, on the only part of the buffet that was still there. The waitresses are correct but a bit clumsy and I was baffled they could not pronounce the names of the foods or even the name of the restaurant they worked.

We went to this restaurant with a group of 20 people (company dinner) and it's far from a great Japanese restaurant. It's way too middle of the road if I compare it to other Japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood. The chefs used way too much oil and the food tasted all -sort of- the same. The starter (Sushi) was clearly not freshly prepared), The Usu Yaki was way over-cooked and the worst I've ever had on all fairness. The service is friendly but quite clumsy and not what you would expect from a Japanese restaurant. General atmosphere is OK although the (what I think is the owner) is a bit of a big mouth and is trying hard to be a bit too funny at times. Over all feeling was "OK" but do not expect anything special.

A large selection of Japanees food. You pay a fixed price, and its all you can eat within a period of two hours. Pleanty of time to tase many of the little meals you can order. The food was really good. The service not bad, reminded me a little of American fast food resturants. The dishes disapeared within a few minutes of them being empty.Good place for family, of small parties.I did think it was a bit on the expensive side. Price depends on the day you visit.

There is a lot of space inside. Very big choice of food. You get 2.5 hours to eat all you can. You walk to the buffet and you can get everything you want as much as you want ( sushi, freshly baked steaks , etc.).Personnel walks around to get your plates away from the table.Clean. A bit dark inside. Many people and a bit noisy.

I visited this restaurant with my breather and his family (group of 5). We all enjoyed the food served, nothing spectacular but not bad either. My only concern was that the restaurant did not serve, what we call in Canada, Dragon Rolls... The restaurant was running a complimentary first beer (this month only) for each adult - I think this was an excellent marketing idea and I hope other restaurants can follow. Overall; good food, pleasant servers but a bit overpriced (about 28 euros pp - about $44 cad).
