You cannot find a sushi place with sushi on a belt which will be at high quality since most plates have been sitting for a little while. However, the selection of Sushi Hana is good and my kids mostly love to pick the food they want to eat.The best way to get food food there is to order from the menu. My wife like their vegetable tempura. We will return for the kids and the ease to get quick food.

Folks, is this site using a rating that compares all restaurants or just what we feel about the one in question? Of course Mizumi isn't a 4 star magazine rated fine dining establishment. Im giving it EXCELLENT due to its enormous menu, the quality and the fee for being able to STUFF YOURSELF SICK if that what you want to do! Once in a while I do, though Im older now and shouldn't. Oh my God Id eat there every night just for the SUSHI. It may not be the best sushi in the world but really---how many ways can you make sushi, and its either good or it isn't. Ive been super happy with every bite Ive had there. Again, it aint Michelin rated black tie but if I had to pick ONE restaurant to have in this whole city---this is it. I have trained and discerning taste buds, but for good grub, lots of it and the fee---I love to go away with a full belly and a happy heart. Mizumi does that for me.

we went with the grandkids. and ... um ... I have this feeling I may have been in a "conveyor-belt" restaurant before -- but that feeling could be from a residual nightmare or a shared experience with my long-ago monthly peyote-ritual group. My bill was $58 but that was for 5 of us -- the kids wanted FRUIT! which they can get at home but I think sliced fruit on a plate going by on a conveyor belt is much better than just freshly off the tree. The sushi selection was not bad -- quite a bit of variety, and I suspect one could "special order" rolls and stuff -- but if you're going to do THAT --> then go to a "regular" sushi restaurant! Like other reviewers have already mentioned, pricing is per plate and they are "color-coded" -- but it seems everything is from $1 to about $2/plate. not bad, considering. Wait-staff will assist with drinks -- and I think you can have sake/beer/wine etc. but I decided I was there to eat so didn't. (tea is just fine sometimes)

Prepare for a dining experience unlike any other. Watch as your personal chef performs the ancient art of Teppanyaki. Listen as razor-sharp blades slice through tender steak and juicy chicken. Take in the aroma of sizzling shrimp, lobster and savory veget

Like many teriyaki places claiming to be the best, this one is pretty darn close. It's delicious with good portion sizes. They're friendly and it's fast for lunch or take out.

Very small portions of Sushi. Not so sophisticated. You get one piece of sushi per order as opposed to 2 pieces served other places. We ordered the Black Cod Miso dish and got a "sample-sized" portion that was not as good as other places we have been. We had some other dishes but they mostly followed this theme without leaving us with: "WOW that was good" feeling. Due to our experience, we cannot recommend this place but your welcome to try yourself and see if it was just an "off night".

I have eaten here several times and it is really hit and miss: sometimes great other times mediocre. Recently, my husband, who does not like seafood nor sushi, took me to dinner before a movie. He ordered teriyaki chicken. It was not sliced all the way through so he asked for a knife and was given a death stare. He would not have needed it if the chicken had been properly sliced. My salmon was great though (and no need for a knife ;).Jalapeno Martini, one of my favorite drinks, was a huge disappointment. I asked if the vodka was infused or flavored and was assured it was infused. It was flavored. Yuck.I'll return but my husband will not go back.
