Helpful waitress and food was freshly made and quick in coming out. Kanpoongi was amazing with the bibimbap was our favourites. Also tried their dragon roll, homemade kimchi and pork belly marinated BBQ. (If you buy bbq set menu you can use the little table bbq - keeps kids with adults entertained with watching parents cook!). Will deffo be back - need to try the pho & stew :)

This food used to be great but just picked up a takeaway and itâs horribleLettuce in salad yellow/brown, sushi soggy and dumplings the worst ever ! Only thing edible is Nasi Goreng Such a shame

We ate here with two adults and two kids.We started with bang bang cauliflower and vegetable gyoza. The cauliflower was well prepared, al dente and slightly charred with a tasty sauce. The gyoza were all devoured with gusto. Three of us then took variations of the ramen and one the donburi with duck.The food was all well prepared and tasty. Wagamama is one of the few chains that continues to maintain a good level of quality and consistency.The service was fine although it was mildly irritating that the gentleman attending to our table insisted on addressing me exclusively.wow, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this great review! we're so pleased to hear to hear that you loved our dishes + of course the service you received from our team. we can't wait to pass on your kind comments, they will be thrilled to bits. we hope you'll pop back in again soon + try out even more of our yummy dishes!

This is the first time we have visited the new restaurant....Looks impressive from the outside, but unfortunately it seems to have lost that personal service and charm that the old place used to have...To be honest the food was still very nice but we were served by a waiter who obviously didnât know his way round what we found was a very confusing and large menu!Certainly seems to have gone up a notch in price (maybe thatâs a must with the new premises)Itâs a shame, it was our point of meeting friends in Staines, we probably wonât return. It just lacked that certain something....Sorry Sushi Naraâ¹ï¸

Came here with my friends and Luisa served us with outstanding service all evening. She was lovely and attentive, above and beyond. Service with a smile to say the least. Visited with family on Saturday night. The restaurant wont win any beauty contests but everything clean and tidy and the staff very pleasant. Between the 4 of us we tasted several items off the menu and everything was absolutely first class, particular mention for the bento boxes. Will definitely visit again
