A short way from the crazy hustle and bustle of St.Julian, SushiBa offered a lovely reprieve from all the tourists. It is a small and casual restaurant, so be sure to book.Food was made as one ordered and the selection was large! My husband had the Chef's choice and was thrilled with the wide selection of fish and seafood.I had a salad, avo maki and a prawn roll. Everything we had was delicious and all the fish was extremely fresh. The owner offered excellent service and went out of his way to make sure we had a lovely meal.We will return!!Thank you so much. Looking forward to your next visit. Nik & Donna

For over a decade, Zest has pioneered the Asian fusion culinary concept in Malta. Boasting some of the best Asian and Continental cuisine on our islands, including exquisite sushi made with fresh, local seafood, Zest's menu will take you on an exciting cu
But the service is poor. There is no smile, the waiters are very confused and don't have any fun. And obviously they are just don't care about anything. You don't feel welcome at all.... So the experience is spoiled and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We went for a dinner in St Julian's Club Sushi on Ball Street. The restaurant was fairly busy modern, however, I was surprised that having ordered hot sake I was served chilled sake and two whiskey tumblers to pour it into. The sashimi was fresh and served properly, but the portions were about one third of what you get served elsewhere in the world. Dumplings instead of the basked were served on the wooden board. The Service was very slow and untrained. The used dishes were place on the course get right next to freshly issued by the kitchen. Perhaps it is z good place for a social drink, alas not for a sushi dinner.
