We loved the experience and I personally like the char coil bbq a lot. It gives that extra flavour to the meat. Don't wear your newest clothes. Friendly staff and good quality meat. Watch out for the promotions.

This restaurant although the chef is 5 stars. The service is really really rude verging on inappropriate. They do not welcome solo travellers though I was very complimentary of the food. They spoke English to other guests but only Spoke to me when I uttered the small amount of Thai that I spoke. They cleared a table of four two times I ate there which I found inappropriately pointing out the fact that I was on my own. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The first time I ate at the restaurant the asked if I had finished motioning for me to finish up before Iâd finished half my meal . I told them three times... I have not finished. As I mentioned the food is excellent but when I asked for half my meal take away the guy obviously saved some for himself which I consider stealing. There was a quarter what was left in the take away container from what Iâd left over .There are so many staff on , more than enough and restaurant always only one or two tables in the air conditioning when Iâve been in. Itâs nicely decorated but when I walked in I was handed a menu by a rude woman at the door as if to order take away. There was one table seated only . I said âIâd like to sit down and have dinnerâ they stared blankly at me like they didnât understand so I just sat down. I find it hard to believe they donât understand basic English at all as tourists would come in all the time. They served the families properly and had no respect for me as a single woman who hasnât been fortunate enough to have a family. Theyâre presumptuous and rude. Iâd like to see the chef move on to the blue Elephant where his expertise will be appreciated or if the chef is the owner Iâd like him to observe their rude manner and appropriately reprimand them for being rude and unfriendly to important international guests. I wouldnât recommend this to any of my important friends with family or without . Itâs a thumbs down from me. Sorry. I wonât be back. The unfriendly faces are not worth the trouble. There is a massage parlour upstairs which is a bit weird so maybe they have problems with sex industry requests and that tension infiltrates through to the waiter staff ? I donât know...perhaps it should be investigated.
