I've been to this Benihana many times over the years. Our Waitress was fantastic & our Chef was outstanding!!! The food is ALWAYS super good, cooked to perfection & the meal with a show is always such a treat!! My only complaint is that the Busboy was a tid bit rude, clearing things away that people weren't quite finished with. The restaurant was not busy at all so maybe next time find something else to do until ALL the diner's are clearly finished with their meals, THEN go ahead & bus that table. The service in this aspect was lacking in my opinion. Also I was surprised that they didn't offer to do a group photo at the end of our meal. Thank you for sharing your review. We understand your disappointment as this shouldnât have happened. Please take a moment to contact Guest Relations via benihanalistens.smg.com/ for our team to reach back to you. Your feedback helps us to make improvements and weâre hopeful that you will provide us with an opportunity to serve you again. Arigato.

Where else can you go and get some great sushi for such a low price? It is always good and fresh. I've never had anything bad here. Service is good and restaurant is clean. It's our number one spot to go when the kids are in town.
We are recently back from a trip to Tokyo and have been lamenting the lack of customer service in America. The service at Ten Sushi reminded us of Tokyo. Everyone greeted to when we came and thanked us when we left. There is a nice variety of sushi and the mochi ice cream was delicious.

CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar is a fine dining restaurant chain that serves up a vibrant and diverse menu, fresh sushi and an award-winning wine list in a chic and energetic setting.
The food is very good. Thatâs not my issue. The servers have been consistently good as well. My issues are it is quite possibly the loudest restaurant I have ever eaten at and the check in area is poorly designed and the workers up there act like they are doing you a favor being there ha making you feel like they are glad you came. We are talking 5 on a Friday. Not a huge party crowd but we had to raise our voices just to talk. It is the layout and architecture trap that the sound. My wife and I have been twice now and itâs been same experience so we likely wonât return. We have also done takeout. And similar to eating there, it is very good food. It really is a shame the layout kills it. Give me the atmosphere at FireLake at Radisson Blu (where food is just ok and inconsistent)and the food here and you would have one heck of a restaurant. I am so sincerely sorry to hear this - I will send you a private message so we can connect directly. ~Melissa

We tried several sushi rolls. They were inconsistent, not well rolled. I felt the rolls were spicy even though we did not order all of them spicy. They were not chalk full of fish. The tempura was fair, too many red and green peppers. The best thing was the salad. They used a sesame dressing that was very tasty. I would not run back. The server was very nice, but overall it was slow.
