Came here with some coworkers on a business trip. My coworkers got items from the hibachi grill, but I ordered some sushi and miso soup. I was very surprised how EMPTY the place was for a Friday night. The three of us had our grill and chef... I can't speak for my coworkers' food, but the sushi I had was just okay. Had an avocado and tuna roll, and then the salmon and tuna "pizza" with avocado. I asked for sauce on the side, and the waiter comes back and asked how important that request was. I guess they forgot to do the sauce on the side, so I said I'd just take what they made. The chef was entertaining and had a good sense of humor, but as for the restaurant overall, nothing to write home about.

My adult niece, who lives with my wife and I.referred us to Roppongi when we said we wanted to try something different from our usual Japanese hangout. Wow-what a referral. While the restaurant itself is nothing to write home about, the food and pricing are both excellent. Every time I'm there enjoying a beer before my to go pick-up, they give me Edemame to munch on and usually a sushi treat the chef will make as he's preparing the rest of the sushi roles. I find the food to be fresh, tasty and well presented. They don't go overboard with presentation, but make it appetizing nonetheless. I definitely recommend going there for the food and going around the corner to Cream afterwards for some killer desserts!

Have tried this restaurant several times in search of best sushi restaurant in Livermore. Extensive menu, friendly and knowledgeable servers. Sushi was fine, not memorable, but if you're in the area (shopping center on East) you'd find a good selection.

I just had dinner at this restaurant. The service was prompt. The portion sizes of sushi were on the large size. Everything tasted fine, as expected. The price was fine for the quantity and quality of the food.

I ate here for lunch. The atmosphere is quiet making for a nice place to hold a conversation. The food was good, the menu selection large. The service was a bit slow but acceptable. I do plan to eat there again. Prices were quite reasonable.

So Iâve probably been here about a dozen times now, mostly getting the vegetable tempura sushi rolls to go. I try and eat primarily vegan and I can easily accomplish that here. And my non vegan friends can order sushi, teriyaki chicken, beef, bento box, etc. and it is all good. My family and I even went here for Christmas dinner in 2017 and all 6 of us were happy with our orders. The prices are very reasonable too. Plenty of parking and a must visit in my book.
