We had a table with very little light, they brought us a little lamp, but is was still dark.You can choose five items from the menu, which is very very large.They take your choice and bring the plates.Everything was a surprise for us because we don t know very much about Japanâs food. We liked it very much.You could choose again 5 items but we didnât. Too much for us.

Some friends suggested this place. We were in town and decided to try the take out. Came home excited to try and we were very disappointed. Not much flavor at all in any thing! Not sure we want to go back and try the restaurant now.

If you are in the mood for great value Japanese food served by good natured staff this is the place to go. Have eaten here many times and it never fails but to satisfy. It is almost always busy and has really a really buzzing atmosphere which adds to the sense of occasion. Highly recommended.

I went to this "wok" for a cheap dinner during my visit to Leeuwarden. They serve nice Asian fast food with a friendly price.To order the food there is a kind of order, from the kind of noodles/rice that one wants to have, the kind of sauce, the kind of "meat" to be put in the wok, and five kinds of vegetables. In general, the food they serve is good although not excellent. The price of the food is also friendly to our wallet (for the Netherlands standard).I found the service was nice. The waiters/waitresses speak English very well and show hospitality. However, please do not compare the service to those from the high-class restaurant as this is a "wok".In conclusion, this restaurant is recommended for those willing to have a cheap Asian fast food.

Samen met mijn vriendin afgekomen op de positieve recensies. Ten aanzien van de recensies, dit was wat ons betreft overdreven. In Leeuwarden kan je veel betere en beter smakende sushi krijgen. De zalm was goed, maar de tonijn en voornamelijk de garnalen hadden weinig smaak. De makreel had een overdreven vissmaak (niet lekker). Het personeel is wisselend. De meesten zijn aardig en professioneel, echter er liep ook een meisje te sloffen en te hangen op de bar.Het restaurant zelf is erg gehorig en mist sfeer door de felle verlichting en de van kleur veranderende lampjes op tafel.Conclusie: oké gegeten voor een keertje, maar wij gaan liever naar Hana op de Groningerstraat.
