I had a voucher from groupon for 29.90 Euro for Buffet all u can eat. So the price was good. The food had too much oil. Sushis were more with rice. For desserts we had to pay, and staff cannot understand German or English completely.

I came here because i read the many good reviews.Unfortunaly my visit couldnt live up to the epectations.. the staff was friendly greeting us and showing us to our seat, sadly after placing our orders we didnt get much attention by them from then onwards, us and also the table next to us had empty glasses for quite some time.It wasnt to full and i did see the staff standing around the bar a lot, so that was a little downer. Finally the food arrived and I was super excited!Sadly we were disappointed, we had the salmon Carpaccio, Gyoza ,karaage, Dragon Roll, Alaska Roll, desserts.Let's start with the Starters: The carpaccio was a bit thick for my taste therefore it reminded me more of Sashimi, the Gyoza was only ok, as it only tasted of salted pork mince,no other ingredients like onions or cabbage, as i have had before in other japanese restaurants, the karaage was deep fried so long, it wasnt only crispy but hard and dry on the inside, also it wasnt seasoned, so i ended up just eating it with the squeezed lemon. Now the rolls: I was really excited for the Dragon Roll, i Love avocado and prawns tempura! so perfect combo for me! so imagine my disappointment as i discovered the tempura on the inside was soft and cold! :( seems like the tempura isnt freshly made to order, but more or less prepared before the shift begins...)We also had the Alaska roll which as you can see in the attached pictures was more rice than anything else, really sad especially if you know that this roll costs 14,20€!!The desserts were not all to bad, we hade the Milkpudding and the Yuzumousse, the Yuzumousse bas basically a cake with yuzucream and yuzu jelly , the milkpudding was coconutmilk pudding with a jasmine tea sauce, which turned out to be the highlight of my evening. All in all a disappointing evening for a somewhat high price.Definitely will not recommend.

Anyway, we were lucky that we got a table 2 days prior to the date as it was all the way packed and busy last Friday evening. My insight due to the Location, Atmosphere, Service and more important the Food itself:Location: nearly to out of nowhere, but its an ideal spot once you live nearby. :DAtmosphere : modern and very welcoming. You cpuld have some yummy time on the porch. Service : all through the nite (btween 7-10 PM) we only saw 3 staffs around, which means only one waitress and 2 in the kitchen/bar. This charming young lady was out of breath but she absolutely did her best.Foodwise: I, personally thought the chef created much more colorful and modern creations as Michael Straßfeld was 'graduated' from the well renown California Sushi Academy in Los Angeles. I should have probably ordered his 'masterpiece': Rumpsteak Blackened for 22 € ( a variation of a juicy Steak in Wasabi Pepper Sauce with Wasabi Cucumber Salad and Mashed Potato).I picked Tempura of Black Tiger · Spicy Dip 11,00 € which turned to be my delight. I tried my betterhalf' crispy and spicy Tuna Tatar with Salad and Sesame Dressing fir 11,50 €. Both plates were served generously. We shared the Large Sushi-Sahimi Mix for 24,50 €(California Roll, Nigiri, Sashimi) that turned out to be awesome. It's been since an ages that I couldnt taste such delicate sushi... You notice the refined taste of either Salmon or Tuna, in every bite! The Dessert we shared was even better (than the appetizer!). I enjoyed Crème brûlée with Lemongrass for 6,00 € til its last drop and the Strassfeld's Cheesecake for 6,50 € was way too small I could keep munching it all nite long.So anyone who really devours real nice sushi, pls follow my path. (the -* due to the price and compositions).

I live around the corner from this great little sushi place and have had their food plenty of times and no matter whether I eat in or take out, the food is always on point.Value is also great and waiting times (again whether to eat in or take away) are so much quicker than other similar restaurants. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This little Sushi Bar is subtly located off the main road among many residential housing. With no more than 5/6 small tables, it is clear the main trade is takeaways. It seems to be a lovely family orientated small business thriving on local trade. Wondered in with an hour to go before closing on Sunday night and they still had dozens of orders to fulfill. The sushi was not perfect on this occasion with the rice being a bit too overcooked/wet for my liking but a very acceptable overall and perfect for my evening takeaway back to my hotel. Do note it was a nightmare to find a place to park nearby as it is a heavily populated residential area and they seem to accept cash only.
