Find out what Japanese restaurants to try in Dakar. At the westernmost point of the African continent, Dakar stands as a multicultural, diverse city full of vibrant arts and traditions. Residents from various ethnic groups present assorted crafts, foods, jewelry, fabrics and wood and metal goods at bustling markets such as Marche Sandaga or Marche HLM. The city is home to museums and mosques, cliff walks and beaches, and makes a convenient jumping point for excursions to any of Senegal's national parks and nature reserves.

Camillia is as beautiful as her son's cuisine is elegant, delicious, and generous. Everyone was very happy with their order. Simple, delicious and reasonably priced, perfectly located opposite the Centre Culturel français, downtown. It is definitely worth the visit, even if you have to come all the way from the other side of Dakar. You will not be disappointed.

Known as the best sushi restaurant in Dakar, this restaurant is located in the heart of old town. The restaurant is very popular so I recommend making a booking, especially over the weekend. There are a good variety of creative options available for all dietary requirements and the overall food, while pricey, is tasty. Staff are friendly and service speed is average. The only real downside is the plain décor and overall ambience.
