Food quality, taste, ambiance, and service are excellent. What brought my rating down are my concerns with their sanitation awareness. When they are handling food, they should be constantly washing their hands when they handle outside of the kitchen. This had really bothered me as they have an open kitchen and they have staff and going in and out of the food preparation area where food is present. When I returned to my hotel room, I made a conscious effort to taking medication to ensure I did not get food poisoning. Judging from the other reviews, I don't think they have had any issues so far, but I thnk it is just a matter of time.

Pizza 4P is well know in Hanoi, Danang and HCMC for high quality food and good service. I visited many 4P in Hanoi and HCMC as regular customer. However, having visited the Danang location located in a small side street 3 weeks ago I have been very negatively surprised about the service at reception. Despite I went there very early at 6PM at a weekday alone, the receptionist refused to let me in. Even asking to get a quick dinner ar the bar was not possible due to fully booked house.From a management point of view, this is a very unprofessional way. I neversaw any restaurant, except a high star rated one, which doesnt offer run on the house spaces.Even their online booking system does not allow to make reservations at the same day of visit and you have to book days in advance. A bit overdone in my opinion.Dear Mr.Frank WI am Yoshi, manager of Pizza 4P's Da Nang.I apologize for making you feel very uncomfortable this time. We are very sorry that despite your frequent use in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi as well, the hospitality of our receptionist made you disappointed.As you said, we should have prepared a table for you and should be prepared not to refuse.This is due to my management failure. Stopped by chance at this nice restaurant. Ordered steamed sea bass and wife had stir fried calamari. Both beautifully served, fresh and very tasty. Staff had good English and happy to explain menu. Bit thanks to Huy. Bit more expensive than some of the other restaurants but still cheap for the quality of food served. Recommended.
