Everything we ordered was awesome! Fresh sashimi to die for! Creative sushi rolls filled with flavor. The setting is intimate with only a few tables. Reservations are suggested due to the size. A family run restaurant where excellent service and quality food are on offer!

We travel to this area frequently for business. So we tried another of Newton's small dining establishments. Okazaki was a friendly place to stop. The owner operators are friendly and provide prompt kind service. We ordered some of their noodles and vegetable's. They were pretty average Japanese fare. The interior atmosphere is nothing to rave about either. What we do think is noteworthy is their customer service and friendliness. We had an okay meal for not a lot of money.

We had the egg rolls, North Carolina roll and the steak teriyaki. All the food was just average. The sushi was tasteless. The egg rolls nothing special (had better in Chinese buffets). The steak was tender and tasty. The interior was poorly done. Nothing special here. We expected better but were disappointed. Service was attentive. We would not return.

Stopped in for supper and was quickly greeted and order taken. This is your usual fast food Japanese restaurant. My meal came out fairly quick. I ordered the scallops with mushrooms, rice and carrots. The dish did not look to tasty to start with and I had around 6 small scallops. ???? Mostly mushrooms ! The scallops were cooked ok, but no char like I like them and basically no flavor at all. The carrots also had a funny taste to them. Overall it was just OK but I probably wouldn't visit this place again.
