It's a pretty and intimate Japanese restaurant with good lunch specials. There is a Japanese curry that is not on the menu which is my husbands favorite...not at all like Thai curry. He's not crazy about their sushi, says the rice is a little too sweet but I don't notice it. Their Bento boxes are good but their cooked protein sometimes comes with too much sauce. I've had better sushi and tempura at other small restaurants but, that said, I still like coming here. Tasty. Servers are very nice.

Come by your local Noodles & Company at 7320 Baltimore Avenue, , College Park where its globally inspired dishes including noodles, soups and salads, come together to create a World Kitchen.
We ate here three times during a recent visit to College Park. My kids and I LOVED it. They cater wonderfully for a variety of needs including vegetarian, gluten free and picky kids. It was easy to find something for everyone and customize our meals. My kids loved the soda machine. Top that off with really friendly staff and you can't go wrong.

Shanghai Tokyo Cafe serves delicious sushi, bubble tea, and pan-Asian cuisine in College Park, MD! Quick, freshly-prepared & committed to using zero MSG!
This cafe is a hidden gem in the area. This is a "college" area with Maryland University students being the primary patrons of the business establishments (assuming). I normally try and steer clear of such areas because of the congestion and the overall college-y atmosphere BUT I am really glad I decided to give this place a try. Normally I would have to drive to DC to get GOOD Thai food - no longer this cafe's food is GREAT! The sushi was fresh and prepared before you and the Shrimp & Chicken Pad Thai was delicious! The service was quick and the young lady taking orders was pleasant and courteous. The parking is a bit of challenge so be aware of possibly getting a ticket if you do not follow the correct parking procedures and put ENOUGH time on your timed meter space. You've completely made my day with your kind words! I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed your sushi and Pad Thai, and I can't wait to have you back for more.'Til next time,Joe, Owner
