I had a great time dining at this charming place. Loved the hot tea and teapot immediately, which showed the details the restaurant had gone to optimize the overall experience.The specially-made kimchi was a surprisingly refreshing dish. It balanced well with the vegetable salad and makes for great appetizers.I loved the assorted sashimi and the accompanying wasabi. The tender and sweet-tasting scallop stood out, definitely the BEST Iâve had in my life.The tonnkotu sumo hotpot also did not disappoint. I was told it took 20-hours to make. My most memorable ingredient was the square fish meat piece that acted as a âspongeâ that absorbed the soup. Drinking the soup alone was delicious enough, with ramen it was even better. I could have just eaten the ramen for the whole meal and feel satisfied too.Highly recommended!
