The salad ginger dressing is a bit overpowering and the service a bit slow but the staff was friendly and everything was cooked well and had good flavor otherwise. Kimchi is on the sour side but not overly hot.
I often visit this place great sushi, always fresh and tasty. Yukon is my favorite waitress ... a pretty Chinese girl. This is probably the best sushiIn Birmingham

We've been here many times and have never been disappointed! Seating is very fast. Roomy enough for birthday parties. Has a small bar area at the entrance. Choice of hibachi or regular tables. I've also called in orders to go and have been very pleased!

An Authentic Japanese restaurant in Birmingham. The best I have tried in the UK so far.
So we went to Mt. Fuji at Lee Branch tonight and had the worst restaurant experience EVER and will NEVER be going back again! The service was horrible from beginning to end and when I walked over to talk to the manager about it he told me that the reason we had to wait so long for the food was because our child (Our 6 yr old son who has CP and was fussy after we were waiting for so long), was crying! Then made all sorts of comments about how we were walking around with him (because he was upset bc of the long wait and we were trying to keep him distracted somewhat). The manager said "What?! What do you want me to do? Your child was crying." "Do you want a discount?" He is saying all of this in an escalating angry tone and HE made a scene in front of all of HIS customers. Then walked away in a huff! Then one of the waitresses took about $5 off the over $50 bill. (Big whoop!)The other customers around us couldn't even believe it how this man was acting. I hope for their sake they figure out what customer service is before they go out of business. All I can say is wow! Never will we go back there again!

We were impressed with the quality and flavor of the dishes served at this restaurant. The California and Spicy Salmon rolls were good. The Hibachi chicken and shrimp were also very well prepared with fresh vegetables and great flavors. The service was very good. The prices were very reasonable. The only complaint was the soy sauce bottle on our table was sticky and they donât serve brown rice. Otherwise a hit!
