Great degustation menu. The food has a great presentation, and it is very yummy. Good atmosphere and very relaxing. If you like raw food this place is perfect. It is BYO Wine. So remember to bring your own wine if you want to have it over dinner. This restaurant is by reservation only, so donât forget to book before getting there.

Most of its dishes with sauce are sweet which tastes wrong. Even dishes which arenât suppose to be sweet taste sweet. Basically, any dish that comes with a sauce or salad dressing will be sweet. I ordered Muscle Mania which is a katsu style fried chicken thinking it wonât be sweet but the batter was sweet. Iâve been here a few times to try different dishes but donât think Iâll return

We returned for a quick Saturday lunch, taking advantage of the unusual short queue. The ramen was still pretty tasty and fresh. However, the standard of the broth has slipped that day. The depth of favour of a well brewed broth was missing, it tasted like MSG laden dish soup. The shao pork was not lightly grilled but a slice of boiled pork. I gave 4 stars here based on the many good experiences from previous visits. I hope the next visit would redeem Nao back to where it should be.

Eaten here 3 times now. Firstly, this is a Japanese restaurant. Why this is it that when I walk in and say "Konbanwa" the staff have no idea. Likewise "ArigatÅgozaimashita" is met with blank stares and laughter that the staff dont speak Japanese. A simple gesture to learn some phrasing....So first up the lunches. I had the Katsu Pork Curry on both occasions while my mate had the Ramen. The pork was really nice the first time and the curry was very good. Mild and flavourful. The second time I went there the pork was dry and chewy and the miso tasted very old. I tried a third time for dinner with a mate and did not expect the twist this place does on food. The gyoza was standard, but very nice. My friend had salmon sushi, which he said was the bomb. I had a pork meat ball katsu curry. At first I was a bit surprised, but the flavour was great. Overall, I's say this is a solid place to eat. One mediocre meal out of three, but the third one was nice. Great atmosphere.

We dined here last week and being from interstate I had high expectations expecting a 5 star buffet in Perths number one casino. And for $67 a head plus a credit card surcharge I expected quality. We have been on a few cruises and we know how good and how average buffets can be. We were disappointed here. Cruise ships do a better job. The prawns were small, the type that would be no more than $25 kilo in the supermarket although the oysters which I didnât have looked plentiful. I did love the pork belly pieces I thought they were the highlight. Unfortunately it was busy, Iâm not sure if there was a group function in another room accessing the buffet but it was like a cattle feeding lot. I take full responsibility I should have known better we should have gone to the $20 steak area.

Sitting down to watch, listen, smell and taste so many dishes being cooked was amazing. The chef was friendly and cheerful and so knowledgeable in his craft. Cannot even begin to describe how amazing the food was and there was so many little courses that I couldn't keep up! Will definitely return.
