Rising dramatically on a steep incline from the banks of the Enguri Su, Ankara, Turkey's capital and second most populous city, is a modern European metropolis speckled with reminders of its varied history. Old castles and ruins from Hittite, Phrygian, Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman civilizations dot the landscape. The modern city includes government and state houses, major universities, military bases, consulates, bustling nightlife and the oldest park in the city, Genclik Park.

Today was a Father's Day Lunch in a restaurant which I have visited before about a year or so ago. It is still up there with one of the best Chinese restaurants I have been in for their comprehensive menu, quality of food, excellent service and welcoming garden atmosphere. Everything in this restaurant is done to perfection - even the interior and toilets are spotless !

A Long day at work, I didn't want to cook so I ordered some Chinese food for delivery. Even though it was snowing the food arrived quickly. They said 40 minutes, it was here in 20. The food was hot and very good. Sesame chicken, some Won Tons, Spring rolls and some Beijing (Like) Beef. All was very good.

We had the chance to visit Chinabloom tonight for a family dinner. As my children love sushi, we really were eager to try them in here. The result was Fabulous. I strongly recommend this place for a fun night out as they serve all kinds of coctails and play great music !
