There are a lot of food options and a lot of places I consider 5 stars in SXM but Caribbean blend has the best food on the island. The restaurant and service never disappoint. The drinks are amazing. Ask for Suzette she will surely take care of you.

We're located in one of the oldest building in Philipsburg. Specialized in Caribbean cuisine. Our oxtail and curry goat are a must amongst the wide variety of other meats offered. All our vegetables are fresh . Three different rice offered daily alongside
We went into town to get a sun dress, and try some roti....which is a Caribbean dish with curry. A local lady from our resort was telling us about it. My husband and decided on The original jerk and roti house. It is delicious!!. It was our first time having roti which is a traditional dish made with goat, chicken or other meats. Potatoes, peppers and curry seasoning. The roti is similar to a fresh flour tortilla with a little more elasticity. I had the goat, yum, my husband had the chicken. We also had the opportunity to try the rice with pigeon peas, which reminded me of lentils. Rajin Singh was so helpful in explaining the dish and served us. They also have locally created drinks. i.e.Cucumber ginger. Under $30 for 2. Enjoy. I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed .Please do return and thank you so much for the review.

This is a no frills "fast food" joint. The food is wonderful!! The first time we stopped reluctantly because we never read a review or anything on this restaurant. But, we stopped because I love jerk and curry chicken and thought why not. Well, we literally bought some of everything. When we got to the register, we couldn't believe how inexpensive it was, I actually asked "are you sure"! We then brought back to our place to eat. It was FANTASTIC!! It is a REGULAR STOP EVERY TIME IN St. Maarten!
