We were a couple, there for lunch. Me and my wife decided to go there because of Italian ice cream, but when we jumped into the Menu, we decided to take a look to the whole food. There was a lot of different Italian kinds of food! We decided to eat a salad first, that we shared. We eat a pasta and a very delicious filet. Firstly: inside this restaurant, food means art, a show for eyes. The pasta was very good cooked, the filet was perfect, it was a dream! Very friendly staff, waiter lovely! The service was really good! The only thing that we didn't appreciate was the music, too old! But the whole atmosphere was ok. We'll come back soon!

Wir wollten abends nach einem Konzert am Wochenende noch gerne eine Kleinigkeit essen. Nachdem am Markt kein einziges Lokals noch etwas zum Essen anbot (nicht einmal eine Kleinigkeit zum Wien oder Bier), kamen wir auf dem Weg zum Hotel zufällig am Piccoli vorbei, einem kleinen Lokal. Ohne groÃe Erwartungen nahmen wir Platz, auch weil das Lokal zwar sehr ordentlich und sauber, aber auch ein bisschen wie ein Schnellimbiss wirkt. Die erste Ãberraschung: Es gab tatsächlich einen sehr guten italienischen Rotwein auf der Karte. Wir bestellten 2 kleine Pizzen und rechneten auch wegen der günstigen Preise damit, Fertigpizzen aus der Tiefkühltruhe serviert zu bekommen. Die Pizzen schmeckten dann aber überraschend gut und lecker und es stellte sich heraus, dass sie stets frisch zubereitet werden. Sicher ist das Piccoli kein Lokal für das groÃe Dinner, aber für eine leckere Kleinigkeit würde ich das Lokal sehr gerne und sofort wieder aufsuchen. Zumal die Bedienung sehr flott, nett und freundlich war. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Ãberraschung!

Seit mehr als 25 Jahren verfolgen wir die Entwicklung vom Cafe Lissi.Schon zu DDR Zeiten konnte man hier im Cafe bei Kuchen, Weinbrand und ein paar Zigaretten auf der Couch ausruhen. Man kann sich vorstellen, dass nach dem dritten Weinbrand so manches Taenzchen in schummerigem Ambiente gewagt wurde.Nach und nach kamen die Cafe "to go" und andere modernere Cafe's.Jetzt ist ein Italiener hier und uebermorgen wird das Traditionshaus wohl ganz geschlossen.

Café Smile is right on the main square and has very good food at very reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. After the day trippers have departed, this is locals' spot to relax. We felt so comfortable here we ended up coming back two times just for drinks and to enjoy the view over the square.

We found the Restaurant Al Gusto while wandering around Wismar during the Christmas market season. As we desperately needed a place to sit, relax and warm up, we wandered in and we were very happy that we did. After ordering, the owner brought us some of his homemade bread which was delicately flavored with onion. We each had the "natural" schnitzel which consisted of very tender pork medallions and delicious grilled vegetables. The desserts were equally wonderful and we were very happy with this restaurant. Would definitely return

This restaurant was very nice. We were able to have a table without a reservation and the food was prepared fairly quickly.My pizza was excellent, but my wife was still hungry after her turkey dish.Some of the other guest order a special dessert with sparklers on it, which looked great but made the whole place stink.

I went there last summer with my family and sat outside. We enjoyed the view and sitting in the sun but that was pretty much it. There wasn't enough staff employed to take care of all the guests outside.It took forever to get the menu and after it took forever to place the order.When the food eventually came, I realized that I had rotten tomatoes in my pasta.I ask for the waitress, she took it back to the kitchen. then she came back outside and said all tomatoes look like that, she doesn't know what the problem is. It really did taste rotten. I'm sure. So all the other tomatoes were rotten, too? We even had to pay for the dish. I think that place only survives because of the location. The other italian restaurant in town is so much better.
